some parts of Punjab, Haryana, Tamil Nadu, 24 to 28 0 C over<br />

most parts of Himachal Pradesh, Central India, some parts of<br />

East Rajasthan, Orissa, Telengana, remaining Maharashtra,<br />

and between 28 to 36 0 C over remaining parts of the country.<br />

Actual Mean Maximum temperature anomaly ranged<br />

between 2 to 4 0 C over most parts of Arunachal Pradesh,<br />

Nagaland, some parts of Jammu & Kashmir, West<br />

Rajasthan, Assam & Meghalaya, Tamil Nadu, -4 to -2 0 C<br />

over most parts of Central India, rTelengana, Orissa,<br />

North Coastal Andhra Pradesh, -2 to 2 0 C over rest of the<br />

country.<br />

Actual Mean Minimum Temperature ranged between 28 to<br />

32 0 C over some parts of West Rajasthan 16 to 20 0 C over<br />

some parts of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and<br />

between 20 to 28 0 C over remaining parts of the country.<br />

Minimum Temperature anomaly ranged 2 to 4 0 C over<br />

some parts of Punjab, West Rajasthan, -4 to -2 0 C over<br />

some parts of Telengana, Orissa, Madhya Maharashtra<br />

and -2 to 2 0 C over remaining parts of the country.<br />
