NEW CHURCH BUILDING OPENING SOON
Three years of prayer, waiting for DA
and building approvals and sacrificial
giving have reached their fruition. The
internal reconstruction is well
underway and will see the provision of
undercover car parking, a pastor’s
office, library, kitchen, toilets, foyer and
a soundproof worship hall. Conversion
of the former Presbyterian Social
Services Welfare Depot has been a
huge undertaking but the vision of what
it might become is finally being
realised.
After completing the settlement on its
new property (South Croydon, Sydney) in
June 2009, and submitting its
Development Application in August of the
s<strong>am</strong>e year, the members and adherents
of C<strong>am</strong>psie Chinese Congregational
Church are eagerly looking forward to the
completion of their new church, hopefully
by mid-August.
Please pray for:
1. The safety of the workers;
2. The reconstruction work to be
completed according to the requirements
of Council so an occupancy certificate
can be issued without delay;
3. The provision of funding to complete
all necessary work.
