A total all-inclusive maximum price for the 2011-2012 audit engagement must be stated. The total allinclusive<br />

price bid is to contain direct and indirect costs, including all out of pocket expenses. The<br />

schedule of professional fees and expenses that support the all-inclusive maximum price must be<br />

completed. The cost of special services described in this <strong>RFP</strong> should be disclosed as separate<br />

components of the total, all-inclusive maximum price.<br />
