Organizations<br />
The <strong>Indiana</strong> <strong>Foreclosure</strong> <strong>Prevention</strong> <strong>Network</strong> Initiative was created in 2007 by the<br />
<strong>Indiana</strong> Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) and key stakeholders as<br />
one‐way <strong>Indiana</strong> could help Hoosiers prevent mortgage foreclosure. HB 1753 provided<br />
the funding and infrastructure needed to create this network that will be implemented<br />
and administered by IHDA. The network is comprised of a call center that will be<br />
responsible for intake and referrals and network agencies that will work with<br />
homeowners one‐on‐one to assist them in resolving mortgage delinquency or foreclosure<br />
issues. Each agency must complete then necessary requirements for certification. These<br />
network agencies are listed below and will be updated as more agencies join the<br />
network.<br />
