(Matthew 6: 31, 33). Precept Ministries can walk alongside you as you learn for yourself what

mission of establishing people in God’s Word and we can equip you to know Him as you
learn to study the Bible.
Within these pages and on our website you will find a wide range of Precept Inductive
Bible Studies and countless new resources that will change your life as you Discover Truth
for yourself. Find a class near you to help you Go Deeper with Others in the Word of God
through a small group study. Attend a training workshop or, beginning Fall 2009, sign up
for our new Online Training to become trained to lead your own Bible study group. Share
what you learn with others to Disciple them and help carry on the Great Commission. But
most importantly, Beloved, “‘See to it that no one misleads you’” (Matthew 24:4)—study
His Word and know the power of His Truth for yourself!
As we approach our 40th year (yes, Beloved, 2010 marks our 40th year of establishing
people in God’s Word!), we have been overjoyed to have David Arthur, our son, work
alongside us as Vice President of Teaching and Training. David stepped into this role with
God’s confidence and grace to carry on Precept’s legacy. He has a true heart for teaching and
reaching other men, strengthening our kids and teens ministry, and using the Internet to
broaden our reach around the globe. We look forward to seeing God work through David as
we reach the next generation and the world.
God also brought Tom Hall to us as Executive Director over Precept Ministries
International. Tom was involved with Precept as a student, Bible study leader and frequent
study tour participant long before his recent addition to our staff. He is now responsible for
leading and managing the ministry. Tom’s heart for discipleship and growth has provided a
fresh excitement to multiply Precept Bible studies around the world. We are excited to have
him lead Precept and can hardly wait to watch God use him to advance the Ministry.
This year has brought many changes to our nation and world, but one thing remains the
same—the Word of the Lord. Peter wrote, “But the Word of the Lord endures forever”
(1 Peter 1:25). That is a promise we can cling to always. Join us as we help others Discover,
