Breitenbush Hot Springs Retreat and Conference Center
is a worker owned cooperative and intentional community.
The Breitenbush Credo
We of the Breitenbush Community dedicate ourselves to living mindfully
in the spirit of love, unity, honesty and service.
We see ourselves as guardians of Breitenbush Hot Springs,
safeguarding the Earth and healing waters, assuring their continued availability to all beings who respect
them. Our primary service is to provide a healing retreat and conference center that promotes holistic
health and spiritual growth and facilitates the gathering of people in celebration of the experience of life.
Our community is supported by the services we provide.
We are committed to the health and well-being of ourselves and our families,
to live, work, play and grow together harmoniously. We mutually support and respect each person’s
dignity, and awaken to the Spirit within each of us that acknowledges we are all One.
The community is committed to a lifestyle conducive to holistic childrearing and personal growth.
Our precepts for self growth include personal accountability, honest communication, awareness of our
actions and the quality of their results, directing our energies to the positive, expressing appreciation
for what others do, correcting what is clearly not working for the community or for us as individuals,
assuming the responsibility for creating and sharing abundance,
and choosing and re-choosing to be together.
We structure our lives such that we can experience daily the rewards
of success, peacefulness and joy.
It is our hope that the thriving community we create will
be an inspiration to others in their exploration of lifestyle
and community.
We also extend ourselves to the greater society in
which we live, the world community, and commit
ourselves to being socially, spiritually, politically and
environmentally responsible.
Peter Paul Rubens
Our Mission is . . .
To provide a safe and potent environment
where people can renew and evolve in
ways they never imagined.

The Story of the Our Last Cover
Featured on the cover of our last catalog was the Tiffany style stained glass skylight in our River
Yurt designed by Calley O’Neill and crafted by Lamar Yoakum, both of Yokomo Stained Glass and
Mosaic. This magnificent work called the Madalena Mandela, with the Breitenbush logo at its center,
was offered as a gift to Breitenbush for excellence in forest stewardship, conservation and as an
inspiration to all who visit Breitenbush Hot Springs. www.yokomostainedglassandmosaic.com
Calley O’Neill has taught The Full Body Elixir many times at Breitenbush and is currently working
on her magnum opus, The Rama Exhibition, which will be an international traveling exhibition on
biodiversity in collaboration with Rama, the artist elephant at the Oregon Zoo.
Sacred Doula Training
as a doula, want to support a friend in labor, or simply desire
to connect with the power, magic and mystery of birth, this
workshop is an extraordinary journey exploring the physical,
emotional and spiritual aspects of womanhood, pregnancy and
birth.
Breath of the Heart
Come and welcome spring in this gentle
retreat. With periods of silence and
meditation, shared dharma reflections and
chanting, we’ll explore the ineffable field of
the heart, opening to a deep awareness of
well being and belonging.
Insights from the world’s non-dual
spiritual traditions will mark the path of this inner terrain.
Attending to breath and body, here and now, we’ll kindle a fresh
sense of loving presence and a lively appreciation for the world
just as it is. Retreat sessions will be balanced with time to rest,
hike, soak, and delight in the beauty of Breitenbush.
Breathing in the breath of the heart, we’ll enliven our
innate creativity, clarity, and compassion, enriching all we do to
bring peace, justice, beauty, and balance into the world.
Betsy Toll has been exploring the path of spiritual practice,
service, and compassionate action for three decades. A nondenominational
The Couple’s Workshop: Love, Sex & Conflict
Ever wonder what happens to love and sex
after the romantic, falling-in-love holiday
hits the wall of long-term daily life? In this
nurturing retreat reap the benefits of time,
attention and skill given to the important
topics of love, sex and conflict. Find
more pleasure, less pain; more love, less
disappointment; more peace, less struggle. Learn to enrich and
heal intimate relationships and prevent problems before they
arise; resolve differences productively; communicate honestly
and clearly; listen and connect more deeply; minimize criticism,
defensiveness and withdrawal; and increase acceptance and
compassion.
We focus on how essential individual
health of lasting passion and friendship.
New and long-term couples, couples in love
become the fuel to reconnect us with the
Divine and to find healing and wholeness
within ourselves. Through singing Kirtan we
explore, express and share the deepest caverns of our souls and
ultimately find the eternal spring of love.
For everyone who loves and practices Kirtan, Jai and Daniel
will share and demystify some of their secrets particularly the
‘fact’ that with just a little understanding of music and rhythm
and a lot of self acceptance we all can sing and lead and share
our hearts with others. The practice of chanting, itself, can
become our teacher, guiding us home.
Jai Uttal, a composer of sacred music, recording artist, multiinstrumentalist,
and ecstatic vocalist, combines influences from India
with those from American rock and jazz, creating a stimulating and
exotic multi-cultural fusion that is truly world spirit music.
Conscious Business Conversations
In the old model, we often had to enter
our workplace each day and put on a
compromised version of our self. In the
new paradigm, we bring our full being with
all of our dreams, wisdom, and experience
our energies in ways that balance our own
needs with that of the larger whole. We’ll
negativity (ours and others!), and methods for getting out
“The Embodied Life”:
Awakening through Meditation, Inquiry and the
Teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais
Many of us have been “bitten by the bug of
Awakening” and are dedicated to overcoming
our collective trance. Learn an integrated
approach to the process of Awakening—
uncovering authentic Presence.
Embodiment: A condition of wholeness
whereby one is aware of thoughts, feelings,
sensations and movements and there is
harmony of mind/body/spirit. The Embodied Life: The intention
to live these qualities, expressed through presence, awareness,
authenticity and vitality. Meditation: Based in classic Zen
approach, “just sitting”, we attend all moments with curiosity/
kindness. Experienced meditators and novices welcome. Guided
Inquiry: Through various awareness practices, learn to identify
unhelpful mind/body habits, uncovering the somatic basis for
becoming unbound from the past.
Moshe Feldenkrais developed a sophisticated neurological
approach to learning, using gentle movements to change
patterns in the brain. Lessons are engaging and easy.
Russell Delman has maintained a meditation practice for 40+
years. He was personally trained by Moshe Feldenkrais and has
been teaching since 1975. He currently leads seminars, retreats and
trainings in “The Embodied Life” throughout the world. Learn more
The Way of the Dream:
The Promise of Archetypal Dreamwork
The journey to our soul’s essence is as
close as last night’s dream. Carl Jung’s
recently released Red Book reveals the
depth of his private journey to his soul.
This journey is available to all of us.
Dreams have intention: they come to
show us our particular psychological and spiritual obstacles as
well as the opening to the soul self that lives in divine love. We
will explore the archetypal/spiritual realm of the dream through
the mythic lens of The Red Book and our personal soul stories.
Through the powerful dream enactment process of String
Therapy, we will play roles in each other’s dreams; experience
the truth of our own dreams; and share a profound journey into
the unconscious that often encompasses tenderness, courage,
hilarity, vulnerability, and profound learning.
Marc Bregman and Christa Lancaster, cofounders of North of
Eden Archetypal Dreamwork, are dream therapists, authors, and
master teachers at the Center for Archetypal Dreamwork. They lead
retreats and workshops throughout the United States and in Canada,
Bermuda, and Europe.
Self Care on The Path of Service:
A BreathWork Retreat
Once you are called to “The Path
to remain available for others
when your own life events
become overwhelming. This
retreat offers an opportunity for
health care providers, and those
who work in service to others, to do deep personal work and
clear feelings of sacrifice, fatigue and burnout. We’ll explore
the transformational journey of breathwork and other guided
processes in the supportive embrace of a community of healers.
Remember who you really are, re-connect with your caring
nature, and re-commit to your path with clear vision, passion
and action. Breathe spirit back into your life and return to being
fully present with yourself and others. (24 CEs)
The Natural Singer: Finding Your True Voice
Celebrate the magnificent healing power
of your voice. Whether you already sing
or always wished you could, this workshop
will change your life. You’ll break through
limiting physical and psychological issues
and uncover a rich, authentic voice. The
results are stunning, even if you’ve never
been able to carry a tune!
There are basic techniques for breathing, tone, range,
accuracy and projection. Then voices ring out, as favorite songs
become transformational wellsprings. Leading voice teachers,
recording artists and psychologists have called the results
“profound” and “astounding”. Whether your goal is to take a
public performance to the next level, or you just want to hit the
notes when you sing in the car, you’ll find yourself expressing
the messages in your heart and singing like you’ve always
wanted to. Bring instruments, CDs and song books if you like.
Path of Kirtan:
Open Your Voice, Open Your Heart
The Path of Kirtan explores the
ancient practices of kirtan and
sacred sound. In this workshop
we’ll immerse ourselves in this
luminous ocean through voice,
mantra, devotion, movement,
yoga and meditation to connect more deeply with the divine
Presence. In many Eastern cultures, the practice of music is
approached as a spiritual practice, as the yoga of sound, and
that is how it will be presented in this workshop. From this
foundation, the chanting of sacred names and mantras will flow
with new depth and new freedom. This workshop is offered with
the intention to cultivate more beauty, love and peace inside
ourselves and in our world.
Benjy and Heather Wertheimer lead kirtan (sacred chanting)
worldwide as the duo Shantala, with soul-stirring vocals, sacred
lyrics and exquisite instrumentation. Together they create music with
beauty, passion and reverence. Shantala has performed and recorded
internationally with such sacred music luminaries as Krishna Das,
Deva Premal & Miten and Jai Uttal. Elizabeth Rainey, Certified
Yoga Teacher, will offer yoga and meditation during this retreat.
Expand Your Vision Naturally: Bates Method
Some factors that cause vision to be less
alive are poor visual habits, eyestrain,
extended close work, emotional stress, and
chronic tension in the eyes or entire body.
Based upon the work of ophthalmologist
William Bates, MD, the Bates method
is a practical system for improved visual
function that can help the eyes move freely,
flow easily from near to far, adjust easily to different intensities
of light, and enjoy good circulation and an unrestricted visual
field.
We also incorporate concepts from Feldenkrais, yoga and
massage. Whether you have visual issues such as near- or farsightedness,
chronic tension in and around your eyes, or simply
want your vision to be more alive and authentic, this workshop
is for you. You will learn a variety of effective techniques and
leave with a program you can use at home.
Marybetts Sinclair, LMT is a massage therapist, author
What if My Body Isn’t a Problem?
Inquiry with the Work of Byron Katie
Too wrinkled. Too old. Too sick.
Too injured. Too flabby. Too skinny.
A problem.
Our relationship with our
bodies is a long-term relationship,
and it’s often loaded with criticism.
Start asking questions and stop making your body a problem to
be corrected.
Using The Work of Byron Katie, we’ll go beneath
the beliefs we hold when we’re not being “spiritual” or
“enlightened.” As we investigate these body judgments, without
criticizing ourselves for having them, we find a door to absolute
freedom and a gate to our own wisdom. This can bring us a
deep sense of who we are beyond this body, without a problem.
The Ascent of Consciousness:
Exploring Greater Dimensions
As the mind ascends from gross to
subtle levels of consciousness, it opens
to higher dimensions and a universal
perspective. This occurs only by awakening
and activating latent, higher centers of
perception.
“M” will explore Yoga’s role in that
awakening, as well as theoretical and
practical aspects of various attitudes, lifestyle changes, and
practical techniques required for the ascent of consciousness,
including the awakening of the Kundalini.
Mumtaz Ali, also called “M”, was born a Muslim and was
attracted to Vedantic philosophy at a young age. He is a student,
master and teacher of all spiritual traditions. He does not choose one
religion over another, preferring to live and teach the essence of all
religions. He initiates seekers into Kriya Yoga and other practices.
M’s guru was a direct disciple of the great Himalayan Avatar,
Babaji. The Kriya he teaches is of that lineage.
Yoga and Love: Living Luminously Not Restlessly
Through the practices of yoga, we
experience love, grace, openness,
contentment and joy. Yet, we don’t
sustain this luminous understanding.
What gets in the way? This weekend
explores the fundamental obstacles to living as love: human
restlessness, out of balance living, mental habits, and conditioning
that keeps us tied to our more primitive thinking.
Through psycho-educational discussions, Sarahjoy and Jay
address key elements of our human restlessness (to read more,
www.dayafoundation.org/retreats/YogaandLove). Yoga practices,
breathing techniques, and meditation support us in addressing
anxiety, self-critical thinking, and self-care ambivalence. The
practices also guide us to the love that is our basic nature; and
give us a repertoire of skills to use in the daily life that forgets
this love.
Sarahjoy Marsh, MA, RYT has been teaching yoga since 1994
EDGU Teacher Training
EDGU (edge-you) is Evolutionary
Spinal Maintenance. Grounded in an
open, stable stance that specifically
enables complete mobility of the spine,
the upper body is gracefully gyrated
through a fluid sequence of pivotal
movements. This art of rhythmic spinal
tuning systematically exercises all of the intervertebral disks to
avoid disk degeneration by maintaining their inherent strength,
pliability and absorbency. EDGU balances the left and right
hemispheres of the body/brain, releases mal-aligned vertebrae,
and liberates compensation patterns held in the body. EDGU
creates a “wholly” experience, blending body movement with
spiritual invocation.
The EDGU Share-Reacher Training program is a five-day
event for learning and imparting the 14 step EDGU sequence.
Daily schedule includes EDGU classes, step-by-step instruction,
practice sessions, insights about nervous system maintenance. It
Aug 7 - 9 Northwest Reiki Gathering: Master Time
Aug 9 - 11 Northwest Reiki Gathering: Weekend
29 th Annual Northwest Reiki Gathering:
Woven together…in the Oneness of Reiki
Since the first Northwest Reiki Gathering
in 1985, Reiki students and Masters have
gathered at Breitenbush every August to
renew, explore, and celebrate their common
connection through Reiki. Each year is
both unique and yet familiar as we weave
ourselves around and through the essential
elements of the Gathering: shared Reiki
treatments, storytelling, singing, and celebration.
This year, we invite you to come explore the concept of
“mystic order” in Reiki. How does the experience of oneness
or universality show up in our Reiki practices? How can this
experience inform our daily lives? How do we allow Reiki to
guide us to a place of deeper communion?
Ellen Montague brings her abiding love for the land and the
Gathering to the role of facilitator for both Master Time and the
Weekend. Initiated by Barbara West, the Gathering’s founder, Ellen
has served as board member, music muse, small group leader, and
a host of other roles over the years. This year, she will facilitate a
program emphasizing shared treatments and a deeper dialogue about
how we are all woven together through Reiki. Come experience the
magic of weaving your own Reiki experience into this year’s offering!
August 25 - 27 Sujita Sklenar
In Touch Wellness and Tri Yoga: The Art of Being
Tri Flow is guided by the direct intuitive
arising from the innermost Being.
Spontaneous yet well-balanced logical
patterns open the body and mind gradually.
Focusing on the breath while moving
from one position to the next directs energy
in the body, increasing internal heat. This
in turn stimulates the flow of Prana.
Our intent to nourish the body and quiet the mind can be
our communal willingness to slow down and retreat. Let the
fire of the natural transformation burn steadily in us all. Let the
immensity of our innate authentic power come forth and make
itself known. This may be considered a more vigorous yoga style
for some.
Sujita Sklenar is certified by several schools of yoga, psychology,
yoga therapy, Breema bodywork and hypnotherapy. Her lifetime
passion is inviting others to discover their own innate authentic
power. Facilitating yoga and workshops for over 25 years, Sujita has
The 27 th Breitenbush Herbal Conference
RootWorkers and WildCrafters: Cultivating a Sustainable Future
Herbal traditions across the world have
helped people and their communities
heal, nourish and connect with the
Earth that sustains them. For our 27 th
Breitenbush Herbal Conference, we
would like to highlight the self-sufficient
traditions of herbalism. We celebrate people taking their
healthcare into their own hands!
We will discuss the uses and nuances of the herbs native
to our area - the Pacific Northwest. We will look at ethically
harvesting, cultivating and propagating these native plants and
others to ensure they will still be around for future generations.
We will also look at what’s changing in our environment due to
human impact and over development and how this relates to
our herbal community. The rise in popularity of herbalism has
brought greater acceptance and more scientific study on many
popular herbs; it has also brought unprecedented demands on
plant and animal populations as well as turned a movement into
a multi-million dollar, profit-generating industry. Let us step
back for a moment.
Let us remember where the roots of many herbal traditions
stem from. For few have embraced the idea of self-sufficiency
better than the herbal community. Let us remember our roots
while we look forward to the future. Teachers and topics to
The Natural Singer: Finding Your True Voice
Celebrate the magnificent healing power
of your voice. Whether you already sing
or always wished you could, this workshop
will change your life. You’ll break through
limiting physical and psychological issues
and uncover a rich, authentic voice. The
results are stunning, even if you’ve never
been able to carry a tune!
There are basic techniques for breathing, tone, range,
accuracy and projection. Then voices ring out, as favorite songs
become transformational wellsprings. Leading voice teachers,
recording artists and psychologists have called the results
“profound” and “astounding”. Whether your goal is to take a
public performance to next level, or you just want to hit the
notes when you sing in the car, you’ll find yourself expressing
the messages in your heart and singing like you’ve always
wanted to. Bring instruments, CDs and song books if you like.
Breitenbush History
Human Roots
by Dav’id Rath
A sandal 14,000 years old was found in the Oregon desert east of Bend, and given how ancient
and pervasive was the North American aboriginal people’s belief in the healing powers of heat and
sweat, it is reasonable to assume that human beings have been using the hot springs around what is
now known as Breitenbush for over 400 generations.
Accessible only for the 5 or 6 months before the snows, it offered a river to fish without dams,
easy hunting as the deer were attracted to the salts percolating up from the springs, close access to
the huckleberry fields, a place to heal the body, a place for visioning through the steam, and even
a means to easily cook food in baskets dipped in the hottest water. Most importantly it offered
interactions with visitors from the other directions, with resulting trade, learning, and kinship
opportunities . A number of archeological surveys of debris piles (middens) have been done on the springs, and although many of
the reports are kept secret to respect tribal historical privacy, it is known that seashells from the coast and obsidian from the deserts
to the East have been found.
The border of the Warm Springs reservation, one of only two reservations in the country that have no non-native in-holdings,
is only about 20 miles from Breitenbush. In its oral tradition the keepers of the history are actually the singers. We have spoken
with elders of that tradition and they tell the story of these springs being a place where no particular clan or tribal group ever
claimed traditionally that it belonged to just them. All peoples were welcomed, and if you had a pre-existing dispute with another
group you put it aside during your season at the springs.
Beyond this, little is directly known of Native American history because there sadly was little interaction between the
indigenous people and the eventual settlers of the area due to the catastrophic collapse of the native population. In 1804 Lewis
and Clark estimated about 3000 individuals in the Molalla villages not far from here. In 1859 when they were moved to the Grand
Ronde reservation only 79 of them remained. Europeans had lived in cities and with farm animals, and had evolved diseases only
their immune systems could cope with.
There was some continued usage however and Hattie (Mansfield) Bruckman (first wife of the original homestead grantee of
Breitenbush, and second wife of Merle Bruckman whose ice cream cone invention money built the lodge) painted some pictures
of Natives at the springs that were purchased by the English viceroy to India and hung in Buckingham palace. Merle Bruckman’s
granddaughter Betty Fairham remembers Natives on horseback stopping at the springs to sell the restaurant huckleberries they had
gathered.
Living as close to natural things as we do, Native American spiritual practices continue to influence this community, informing
our environmental and ritual life. We continue to offer a totally cost-free traditional sweat once or twice a month in respect to
those hundreds of generations. We continue the tradition of no one claiming exclusive ownership of these springs, with each of
the Breitenbush owner/members holding title collectively, equally, and for only as long as they continue to live and work here. The
human roots of this place are long and strong.
News From The Circle
by Peter Moore
Nature Nurture and Human Nature
Nature density as a remedy for nature deprivation was not among the original concepts we started
with when we began the arduous work of repairing and preparing to re-open the defunct Breitenbush
resort. In the 1970s we were enamored with more idealistic and romantic notions of self-reliance,
appropriate off-the-grid technologies, organic foods, consensus decision-making, egalitarian gender and
labor relationships, and a kind of “be here now” nature-based spirituality, not to mention love of the
hot springs. The dozen or so of us who came together to do this work between 1977 and the early ‘80s
assumed that any commercial business that evolved out of our efforts would reflect these foundation
principles of our community.
We weren’t too far off the mark in that assumption, for indeed, people do come to Breitenbush intrigued by our homemade
hydroelectric and geothermal energy grids, and curious about our co-op business model and community life in a forest village. I can
relate, I remain fascinated by these things all these years later, and I’ve been involved since 1978.
But I am convinced there is something else going on here that functions as a more primal story in our lives. The real magic
of Breitenbush begins with a link established between the wildness of the natural surround and some profound place of human
perception, perhaps set deep in the unconscious of our minds. This is what brings people back, again and again to the springs.
There is SO much green life here, millions of plants from trilliums to tall trees making oxygen and sequestering carbon in that
life-sustaining invisibility called photosynthesis. And so much clean precious water flows in the river and down from the skies and
out from the earth, steaming. Wild creatures abound in all seasons at these springs. All of these forces and entities make up the
real and dynamic environment here, and speaking for myself, it’s astounding to live in the passionate lushness of it all. And though
most humans for most of our lives live with at least one degree of separation from such an environment, humans are creatures
after all, and most of the thousands of human generations preceding us
lived in ancestral environments that were not so armored from this wild
exuberance of nature. Our species evolved within the natural world and
there lingers a primal need to be in it, yet it’s clear to me that most of us
suffer from nature deprivation in our daily lives.
A nature dense environment can only imprint itself when we extract
ourselves from the concrete and glass and steel that make up our madeup
world in town, and begin to shed layers of media and fashion and
comparisons that propagate inside our heads. And finally, after the cell
phone and internet are no longer available, there is the opportunity to
divest ourselves even of our clothes as we enter into the realm of a hot
springs pool, drenched and surrounded by river and forest and fresh air.
From that point on, we’ve entered the real world, very different from “the
real world” that we’re all supposed to understand and be adapted to in
what we think of as normal life.
The business that has emerged out of all our efforts at Breitenbush
over these past 35 years does include the applied principles of our practical
idealism. But it also centers on this mysterious inborn human imperative
to be in nature, unmediated by the securities that we have so come to rely
upon for safety and comfort. To be sure, we need some safety and comfort,
but these can unconsciously separate us from relationship with the natural
world that we so need for our sanity.
From the Breitenbush Kitchen
Chad’s Roasted Zucchini Spread (Zucchini-Ganouj)
“I have been living in
Community and working
in the Breitenbush Kitchen
for over 14 years, where
I have gotten to work
with and learn from many
great cooks. My 13 year
old daughter, Raina, was
born here and is always
willing to test my recipes
for me! Happy Cooking!”
Chad
Zucchini-ganouj is a tasty spread, much like Baba-ganouj but with zucchini instead of eggplants. It is a
great way to deal with those over-large garden zucchinis that your friends always foist on you in the Fall!
It makes an excellent spread on warm Ciabatta or Pita bread, as a dip for fresh vegetables or crackers/
chips, or use it instead of mayonnaise on a sandwich. It also goes great with middle-Eastern foods in
general. There are many ways to expand and experiment with this recipe (i.e. add fresh spinach or
parsley or roasted bell-peppers...). Here is my delicious basic recipe as made in the Breitenbush kitchen:
Ingredients:
3-4 medium (or 1 large) Zucchini (1½ c roasted)
¼ c Olive Oil
¼ c Tahini (middle-eastern sesame-butter/preferably raw/untoasted)
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1-2 medium cloves Garlic(or more if you love garlic!)
¼ tsp Nutmeg (My secret ingredient!)
¼ tsp salt(or “to taste”)
Additionally you will need a Cuisinart style food processor or a blender.
Method:
First, assemble your ingredients. All ingredients, except Tahini, are readily available in any grocery
store. (Tahini is available at most Natural Food stores or Middle-Eastern specialty stores. Raw Tahini is
getting harder to find, but much preferable to toasted, and is often in the refrigerated section).
Next, wash and trim the ends off of the Zucchini, then slice them (long-ways) down the middle, and
place on an oiled baking pan. Roast the zucchini in a hot, 400° F, oven for 30 minutes or until browned
and very soft and tender. (Alternately, roast whole on an open flame or fire for superior smoky flavor!)
Next, rough-chop the zucchini, and measure out 1½ cups of packed Zucchini).
If using a Cuisinart type food processor, simply place your Zucchini and all other ingredients into the processor, and blend
until smooth, creamy and delicious (adjust salt “to taste”)! If using a blender, it is a little more “tricky” to blend this spread as it is
somewhat thick. I recommend starting with ½ of the Zucchini and all ingredients except Tahini. Blend this smooth first, scraping
down the sides as needed. Then add the other 1/2 of your Zucchini, and then the Tahini last, as this will quickly thicken the spread,
making blending more difficult. Persevere, and you will be rewarded with an amazing tasty spread that will “wow” all who try it!
Have Fun with this recipe! Many Blessings! - Chad
