Main Functions:<br />
The <strong>Marketing</strong> <strong>Coordinator</strong>’s primary function at <strong>Frontline</strong> is to plan, create and coordinate marketing initiatives<br />
for <strong>Frontline</strong> <strong>Real</strong> Estate Services (FLRE). The objective of the position is to grow the brand awareness of FLRE<br />
through both traditional and new marketing mediums with thoughtful and creative initiatives.<br />
Reports to:<br />
Senior sales staff and management.<br />
Duties:<br />
Summarized below are the key tasks of the <strong>Marketing</strong> <strong>Coordinator</strong>’s duties:<br />

The creation of marketing collateral for corporate and property specific marketing initiatives<br />
Creates and edits marketing brochures with InDesign, Photoshop etc.<br />
Creates and coordinates corporate email marketing campaigns<br />
Coordinates hard copy marketing campaigns<br />
Takes photos and records / edits videos as required<br />
Search engine optimization<br />
Creates and maintains project marketing websites using templates provided<br />
PR communications with media<br />
Progressively manages social media accounts ensuring that <strong>Frontline</strong> is always at the forefront of social<br />
media marketing initiatives and engages with our network frequently<br />
Updates and manages company websites, including news blogs, new listings and past transactions<br />
Orders transaction pictures for sales over one million dollars<br />
Coordinates the purchase of client gifts and invitations<br />
Orders marketing collateral from printing company including letterhead, envelopes, business cards and<br />
marketing flyers for postal walks<br />
Updates power point presentation created for SmartTV with listings and sales<br />
Ordering GIS mapping data and coordinating the production of maps for brokers<br />
Planning and coordinating company events, presentations, trips, tournaments and sponsorships<br />
Creative design for proposals and presentations for sales meetings and initiatives<br />
Set goals and 5 Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for corporate marketing success<br />
Monthly reporting on marketing effectiveness metrics<br />
Set annual marketing business plan<br />
Maintain boardroom, kitchen and office area as tidy and presentable and tv’s are turned off at the end of<br />
the day<br />
Reception duties<br />
Attends required recurring meetings<br />
Perform any other duties related to the position of <strong>Marketing</strong> Manager, as directed by the Owners
Working Conditions:<br />

Workweeks are 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, starting at 8:30 am in the morning.<br />
The <strong>Marketing</strong> <strong>Coordinator</strong> is entitled to one half hour of paid time for lunch.<br />
The <strong>Marketing</strong> <strong>Coordinator</strong> is frequently exposed to noise and a regular flow of people around the office.<br />
The <strong>Marketing</strong> <strong>Coordinator</strong> is frequently assigned to changing priorities.<br />
Employment Requirements<br />

Completion of secondary school is usually required.<br />
Completion of Post Secondary preferred<br />
Formal training in Graphic Design<br />
Proficient spoken and written English.<br />
Punctual, meticulous and reliable.<br />
