1. Call 911 <strong>to</strong> declare <strong>your</strong> vehicle s<strong>to</strong>len and get a theft report number<br />
(required for tracking)<br />
2. Call 1.855.9.LOJACK<br />
3. An agent will ask for details regarding the theft<br />
4. Our in-house tracking team will be deployed<br />

following cases:<br />
1. YOU CHANGE ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS OR ANY OTHER<br />
CONTACT INFORMATION.<br />
Helping us keep <strong>your</strong> file up <strong>to</strong> date is important as it will ensure that you can be contacted<br />
in the event of the theft of <strong>your</strong> vehicle. It also ensures that any notifications on the status<br />
of <strong>your</strong> device or account reach you in a timely manner.<br />
2. YOU HAVE THE ALERT FEATURE AND DID NOT PROVIDE US WITH YOUR<br />
CONTACT INFORMATION.<br />
Having all <strong>your</strong> contact information on file is manda<strong>to</strong>ry; otherwise, <strong>your</strong> Alert feature<br />
will not work.<br />
With the Alert feature, you will be au<strong>to</strong>matically alerted by email, au<strong>to</strong>mated phone call<br />
or text message if <strong>your</strong> car moves without <strong>your</strong> authorization.<br />
