For you have loved us from all eternity, And remembered us when we were in trouble. Blessèd are you, Lord Jesus Christ, Who, for our salvation, came down from heaven. By the power of the Holy Spirit, You became incarnate of the Virgin Mary. You loosed us from our sins by your own blood: And on the third day rose from the dead.
