Are You Sure Vegetables Aren’t
Healthy? - The Journey Towards
Balance
Beth Keating
What is balance? Can too much
of a “great” thing cause harm…
for example, is it possible to eat
too many fruits and vegetables?
As funny as it may sound, yes!
This is the reality in our everyday
life, often we choose good things
hoping to create balance in
our lives, yet we end up feeling
miserable and worn out, because
we’ve done too much. Coming
back to the analogy of food,
while eating heart healthy salads
are most definitely good for us –
it is not possible to sustain that
unbalanced diet day after day.
Beth will share her journey of discovering
and choosing sustainable
methods that are bringing
all aspects of her life to a place
of balance. Her spin on balance
will inspire and challenge you to
make choices that will bring your
life into that place of balance and
alignment as well.
The Journey For A Fatherless
Generation
Becky Noseworthy
This session will focus on
understanding God as our
ultimate father figure, while
incorporating how to begin the
healing and forgiveness process
with the fathers in our earthly
lives. Becky will be sharing her
personal journey through her
parents’ divorce as an adult,
and the repercussions that her
relationship with her father had
on her relationship with God.
The Journey Through Grief
Marlene Janes
What possible ‘good’ can result
from a loss or tragedy? Come
listen as Marlene shares her
journey through numerous
losses, resulting in the
acceptance of Psalm 18:30, ”As
for God, His way is perfect...”.
Leave encouraged as you hear
how God’s love, demonstrated
through others, brings comfort,
strength and healing.
