TEO SENG CAPITAL BERHAD (Incorporated In Malaysia) Company No : 732762 - T STATEMENT BY DIRECTORS We, the undersigned, being two of the directors of Teo Seng Capital Berhad, do hereby state that, in the opinion of the directors, the financial statements set out on pages 13 to 100 are drawn up in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards and the Companies Act, 1965 in Malaysia so as to give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Group and of the Company at 31 March 2011 and of their results and cash flows for the financial year ended on that date. The supplementary information set out in Note 37, which is not part of the financial statements, is prepared in all material respects, in accordance with Guidance on Special Matter No. 1, Determination of Realised and Unrealised Profits or Losses in the Context of Disclosure Pursuant to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements, as issued by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the directive of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
