Community Health Nurse available to provide young people with general health advice and information
to quit smoking. Information and referrals for sexual health, mental health and dietary issues available.

Tai Chi for Inner Health
Morning Class - Thursday 18 April, 9.30am – 10.30am (10 week program)
Evening Class - Tuesday 23 April, 6.30pm – 7.30pm (10 week program)
Tai Chi is a simple yet very effective exercise renowned for its ability to improve the strength, wellbeing
and health of all who practice it. People of all ages are welcome.

Star Surprise Quilt
Wednesday 29 May, 10am – 3pm
Participants will complete a quick and simple large multi star quilt using large bold pieces. This design is
available in two sizes and looks great as a Christmas quilt.
