Direct<br />
As the name suggests direct method is when it is<br />
directly into poured serving glass, over ice cubes.<br />
Stir<br />
This method is mostly used to mix two<br />
types of clear alcohol together. Main<br />
idea is to treat the cocktail with respectbe<br />
gentle and stir.<br />
The technique: Take a clean<br />
mixing glass and fill it with ice. Measure and pour the<br />
ingredients. Gently stir the spoon in circular motion, making<br />
sure it moves around almost silently. When the ingredients are<br />
correctly mixed and it reaches a nice and cold<br />
temperature, it is ready to be strained and transferred into<br />
