In recognition of this amazing woman and her contributions to the community, Worcester Youth and Family made an initial donation of $5,100 to the fund. “I wanted to create a place where people could go, feel safe, get help for their families and with whatever they might be struggling with.” - Carolyn Cordial March 2013 This investment represents the organization’s commitment to keep Carolyn’s life-long passion and dedication to better the lives of local youth. I n June of 2013, Worcester Youth and Family announced the creation of the Carolyn Cordial Living Legacy Fund. Worcester Youth and Family established this fund at the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore in memory of friend, advocate and colleague, Carolyn Cordial. The fund was created as a tribute to the life and sprit of Carolyn by ensuring that her work at Worcester Youth & Family would continue into perpetuity. Carolyn is best remembered for her kind heart, uplifting spirit, and boundless empathy. She dedicated her life to supporting those in need, and held a special place in her heart for children. Her passion was the inspiration behind The Board of Directors announced the Carolyn Cordial Living Legacy Campaign in June 2013.
