SAGES is a non-residential, gender specific program for girls who are experiencing difficulty
or conflict in school and at home. The program centers on four domains of wellness:
intellect, sexuality, emotions, family and relationships. The target population for
this program are girls experiencing one or more of the following issues: academic underachievement,
delinquency, substance abuse, truancy, physical abuse, emotional
abuse, absentee parents, parental incarceration, social difficulties, and / or acknowledged
risk factors for involvement in the juvenile justice system.
