Jim <strong>Gibson</strong>, Director<br />

Joining the firm in 2008, Jim brings over 20 years in the real estate arena, including both<br />

residential and commercial brokerage and business development. Prior to joining <strong>Stan</strong> <strong>Johnson</strong><br />

<strong>Company</strong>, Jim served as Vice President of Development for Taylor Morrison Homes and was part<br />

of the management team responsible for the development and sale of real estate valued in excess<br />

of $171 million.<br />

Jim’s other experience includes the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, owner/partner of<br />

home building company from 1993 to 2004 and Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1993. A<br />

graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Real Estate/Finance, Jim is an active member of the<br />

National Association of Realtors, the Houston Association of Realtors, the Greater Houston<br />

Builders Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.<br />

Mike Parker, Associate Director<br />

Mike joined <strong>Stan</strong> <strong>Johnson</strong> <strong>Company</strong> as an Associate Director in 2009. He started his commercial<br />

real estate career as a member of an established investment sales team at Trammell Crow<br />

<strong>Company</strong> in Houston. In 2006, the team moved to Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP where Mike<br />

served as Associate Director.<br />

Over his career, Mike has been responsible for the marketing, transaction management, and<br />

disposition of industrial, retail and office properties resulting in the sale of over $700 million in<br />

assets to a variety of institutional and private clients.<br />

Mike holds both a Masters in Commercial Real Estate Finance as well as an undergraduate<br />

degree from Texas A&M University. Mike also served as an Infantry Platoon Leader in the United<br />

States Army. Mike is affiliated with the following: Certified Commercial Investment Member<br />

(CCIM), Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, International Council of Shopping Centers, the<br />

Houston / Gulf Coast CCIM Chapter and Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals.<br />
