The criteria for an unconditional licence are<br />
NOT met:<br />
- If the binocular visual field does not have a<br />
horizontal extent of at least 120 degrees<br />
within 10 degrees above <strong>and</strong> below the<br />
horizontal midline; or<br />
- If the person has a hemianopia; or etc
