So what will I be doing?<br />
You will be helping make our customer’s lives easier and their businesses more<br />
efficient as they adopt our solution. Our job in Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Services begins when the<br />
s<strong>of</strong>tware leaves the engineering floor; each customer has their own configuration and<br />
integration needs. Our Source Code is never modified but the way the s<strong>of</strong>tware can<br />
look and flow will depend on the country and the company.<br />
We break the mold from traditional consultants.<br />
We send a small team <strong>of</strong> Subject Matter Experts who work in tandem with the<br />
insurance company’s internal team to address their needs, and become a trusted<br />
advisor and mentor. Our services team is involved in every sale, and you can rest<br />
assured that the requirements are being established by pr<strong>of</strong>essionals who have been<br />
through implementations themselves. Our s<strong>of</strong>tware is incredibly complex and welltested<br />
–over 1,000 years’ <strong>of</strong> man hours has been invested in our products so far.<br />
How do I become a Subject Matter Expert?<br />
We invest in you immediately by sending you through product certification training, and<br />
then a shadow assignment with a customer. You’ll receive 2 months <strong>of</strong> training before<br />
you’re ever expected to be billable.<br />
Our Pr<strong>of</strong>essional Services team works on-site at our customers.<br />
To accomplish that we employ a flexible travel schedule <strong>of</strong> traveling to the customer on<br />
Mondays to return on Thursday which has been called the 3-4-5 in the industry: 3<br />
nights away, 4 days onsite, with the fifth day working from home.<br />

To be considered you should have a minimum <strong>of</strong> 5 years post graduate experience in<br />
the following:<br />
ERP implementation experience within complex, enterprise environments<br />
Strong OO design, development and test skills with proven patterns knowledge,<br />
exceptional documentation skills, and the ability to communicate your thought<br />
process<br />
JAVA, J2EE, JMS, JDBC OR C#, .NET experience – we do facilitate a technical<br />
test as part <strong>of</strong> the selection process<br />
Experience in AGILE project management<br />
Interest and experience in a customer facing role and on-site; we are all over<br />
the world and you are invited to apply to as many international assignments as<br />
you deem interesting<br />
Ability to travel to the US for product certification; and interest and ability to<br />
travel throughout the EU and UK without encumbrance which is enabled by EU
