The handling when washing with BrushlessWash is absolutely
simple, and because there is no brush it demands absolutely no
strength. Thanks to the outstanding user-friendliness, this type of
car washing is ideal for new cars, cabriolets, motorbikes, mobile
homes and caravans, transporters, vans and for all vehicles
with special bodies. But self-service BrushlessWash is also the
comfortable alternative for car drivers who can't or don't want
to use the strength necessary for washing with the brush.
The washing process takes place in 5 stages:
1. Shampoo application
2. High-pressure washing
3. Clear rinsing
4. Paintwork conservation
5. Gloss rinsing

The force acting on the paintwork during the self-service
BrushlessWash is roughly comparable with that of driving at high
speed in the rain. And modern paintworks stand up to that
without damage. Due to the fact that with this process there is no
mechanical friction as is the case with brushes or when using
cleaning agents with abrasive additives, the quality of the paint
coat is not impaired so that the paintwork remains free of the
traces of use for a longer period and is therefore practically
immune to harmful environmental influences. The vehicle retains
its well-groomed appearance for years to come – a fact that pays
off not least in the resale value.

With self-service BrushlessWash, Nilfisk-ALTO is
revolutionising the self-service carwash market
To date the self-service carwash has consisted of a combination of high-pressure washing
and the use of brushes: While the dirt is loosened and the coarse soiling removed using
a high-pressure spray, a stubborn film of dirt – the ”grey haze” – can only be removed
using a brush. Attempts to replace the brushing process by using cleaning agents with
abrasive (grinding) additives have not produced a comparably good cleaning result and
also left microscopically fine grinding marks on the paintwork.
