Eligibility: All participants must hold a valid USAC road license . To be eligible for <strong>Colorado</strong> <strong>State</strong> Championship<br />

medals you must hold a current CO annual USAC license, be a USA citizen or permanent resident, and be<br />

categorized as a Pro-1-2-3 - or 4. To be eligible to the <strong>Colorado</strong> <strong>State</strong> Champion vest you must be a<br />

current CO annual member of ACA.<br />

Equipment: Bicycles with a freewheel and one working brake on each wheel (Bicycles do not need to meet UCI<br />

regulations). Jrs 10-12 must have massed-start bicycles. All junior bicycles must meet gear restrictions.<br />

Transponders: An ACA programmed transponder is required for timing and results. Transponders may be purchased from<br />

the ACA (www.coloradocycling.org) or rented for $10.<br />

Registration: ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY CLOSES ON JUNE 12 th at Noon http://mad.sc/statett2012<br />

Entry Fee: Juniors - $5<br />

Senior Men/Women - $30<br />

Entry Fee includes USAC Ins. & LA surcharges<br />

Tandems- $40/team Late Fees: June 1-6 add $5; June 7 -12 add $10<br />

If not a USAC annual member, you will need to purchase a 1-Day USAC license for $10. This is only<br />

available to category 5 men and category 4 women. One-day USAC licensees are NOT eligible for<br />

<strong>State</strong> Championship medals/vest.<br />

If not an ACA annual member you will be charged an additional $5 for a 1-Day ACA membership fee.<br />

Location: Denver, just northeast of D.I.A . http://g.co/maps/9pa4h<br />

Parking: From Denver: Take I-70 east to Pena Blvd. North on Pena Blvd to Tower Road. East on 96th to Trussville.<br />

From Boulder: Take I-36 to Norhwest Parkway. South on E-470 to 96th Ave. East on 96th to Trussville. (this<br />

route is partially on toll roads). Alternative route: Take I-36 to I-270 to I-70 and then follow Denver directions.)<br />

Please get to parking lot by using 96th, not 120th. Everyone, including spectators are to park in parking<br />

lot. No parking along the course !<br />

20K Course<br />

Start at 120th and Trussville. Travel east to Imboden. Turn right and travel south about .7 miles,<br />

turnaround and head back to 120th. Finish will be on 120th , about 1.5miles west of Powhaton.<br />

40K Course<br />

Start at 120th and Trussville. Travel east to Imboden. Turn right and travel south about 7 miles. Just prior to<br />

dirt road turn around and head back to 120th. Finish will be on 120th , about 1.5miles west of Powhaton.<br />

First rider is off at 8:00.30am. Riders will be sent off in 30 sec intervals.<br />

Start times will be posted on the ACA web page (www.coloradocycling.org) on June 13 th - 7pm<br />

USAC Releases need to be signed when you pickup your number. Juniors make sure your<br />

parent/guardian is with you to sign the release.<br />

Racing numbers can be picked up in the parking lot the day of race starting at 7AM.<br />

Medals to top three in <strong>Colorado</strong> annual licensees in each of the<br />

championship categories. ACA <strong>Colorado</strong> Championship Vest awarded to<br />

eligible winner of each RMRC category.<br />
