Excellent for removing packing marks 

Concentrated paste used in conjunction with steel wool or scotch brite 

abrasive pads to smooth finishes, removes overspray, packing marks 

and fingerprints. Finishes may be rubbed to a high sheen or satin lustre, 

depending on grade of steel wool or abrasive pad used. 

• Water soluble, no added costs for solvents or oils 

• No clean-up necessary, simply wipe with a clean, dry cloth 

• Contains no silicones, non-toxic 

Rubbing Procedure: Use a small amount of concentrated paste on a 

4/0 steel wool or Scotch Brite Type F Super Fine and apply to the finish 

surface by rubbing in the direction of the grain. Apply firm, even pressure 

in alternating strokes with the steel wool or Scotch-Brite, using a Felt Pad 

to steady your hand. Mix 1 part Gel Lubricant Rubbing Material with 4 

parts warm water to make a solution or use convenient Pre-Cut Liquid Gel

Ordering and Prices: Please list all codes, stock numbers, full description and sizes when ordering to assure accurate delivery. 

Credit Policy: Open account terms of Net 30 Days from date of invoice are extended to firms listed with a satisfactory credit rating. Unrated or unlisted firms must 

submit three major trade references and the name of their bank. You may expedite an order, while Dover Finishing Products establishes open account status, by 

including payment with order indicating your Visa or Mastercard number, cardholder name and date of expiration. 

Warranty: Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year. Dover Finishing Products’ 

liability under this warranty shall be limited solely to repair, or credit, at Dover Finishing Products’ option or as limited by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Buyer 

shall, at Dover Finishing Products’ option, return any alleged defective product to Dover Finishing Products at Buyer’s expense. This warranty extends to buyer only. 

This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a 

particular purpose. Dover Finishing Products shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, labour 

costs or loss of profits arising in connection with the use of or inability to use products purchased from Dover Finishing Products. 

Shipping: All items not in stock at time of delivery will be placed on back order unless other instructions are specified by the customer. All orders are shipped in 

perfect condition. Claims for damage must be noted on the carrier’s bill of lading and claimed accordingly. Claims for shortages, should they occur, must be made 

within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. 

Minimum Order Policy: Due to the high cost of invoicing, packing and collection, the minimum order is $50.00. 

Return Goods Procedure: Buyer must contact Dover Finishing Products’ customer service department for a returned goods authorization number and shipping 

instructions prior to returning any products. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in resalable condition, and are subject to issuance of a credit. Products not returned 

within 30 days of receipt are subject to a 20% restocking charge. The sale of custom made items is final–no returns will be accepted
