Sgt. Vaccaro was dispatched<br />

to the Lynn main<br />

parking lot because of a<br />

suspicious motor vehicle.<br />

The operator was identified.<br />

The operator was<br />

speeding, fishtailing, operating<br />

with an expired registration<br />

and suspended<br />

license. A warrant was<br />

issued out of Woburn<br />

District Court for his<br />

arrest. He was arrested by<br />

the Lynn Police.<br />

5:50pm<br />

Ofc. Scouten reports that<br />

S.L. reported to him that in<br />

the third floor women’s<br />

bathroom, a female personal<br />

item dispenser had<br />

been pried open with all of<br />

the items and money having<br />

been removed. Ofc.<br />

Scouten took photographs<br />

of the damaged dispenser<br />

and cleared.<br />

Student T.B. reported that<br />

his motor vehicle may<br />

have been hit on 3/3/9<br />

between the hours of<br />

10:45am and 12:20pm the<br />

Danvers lot. Officer<br />

Agneta reported.<br />

2:00pm<br />

R.J. reports that former<br />

student was continually<br />

falling asleep at the computer<br />

table and requested<br />

that she be removed. Ofc.<br />

Matton was dispatched<br />

and upon arrival found<br />

that the student had<br />

already left.<br />

4:32pm<br />

A student complained to<br />

the dispatch desk that a<br />

suspicious male party was<br />

touching her vehicle. She<br />

parked in a faculty spot<br />

because she felt uncomfortable<br />

parking near him.<br />

Corporal Eam was dispatched<br />

to the scene but<br />

the male party could not<br />

speak a word of English.<br />

He had no ID and was<br />

uncooperative. Corporal<br />

Eam cleared the scene.<br />

She was escorted to her<br />

vehicle after class at<br />

6:30pm by Corporal Eam.<br />

9:51pm<br />

Student reported that her<br />

vehicle had been broken<br />

into in Lot 3. Officers<br />

were dispatched. A rock<br />

was thrown into the drivers<br />

side window and a<br />

GPS unit was stolen.<br />

Mr. B reported an apparent<br />

theft of at least 1 case of<br />

printer paper along with 3<br />

full packages of paper.<br />

D. K. stated that she<br />

believed a building that<br />

was on Exchange Street<br />

might be on fire. Corporal<br />

Pierre was dispatched to<br />

speak with her. Cpl. Pierre<br />

is investigating further.<br />

J.C. reported someone<br />

removed the faucet from<br />

its base and stuffed paper<br />

towels inside the pipe. The<br />

faucet no longer worked<br />

properly.<br />

A female student passed<br />

Lisa M. on the left as Lisa<br />

was turning into a faculty<br />

spot. There was no contact<br />

between the vehicles. Ofc.<br />

Bettencourt spoke with the<br />

student who in the end was<br />

very apologetic.<br />

9:05pm<br />

Campus police received a<br />

phone call from Lynn<br />

Police, who was inquiring<br />

to officers at the MBTA<br />

garage about an individual<br />

who reportedly had a<br />

knife. Ofc. Lorusso was<br />

flagged down by a party<br />

stating that he worked for<br />

the FBI.<br />

Lynn Campus 3/23/09<br />

9:29am<br />

Ofc. Lorusso reported on<br />

an unresponsive male on a<br />

park bench at the Market<br />

Street MBTA area. Transit<br />

was notified along with<br />

EMS. Atlantic Ambulance<br />

transported party to Union<br />

Hospital.<br />

Danvers Campus 3/24/09<br />

1:33am<br />

A student called dispatch<br />

requesting an escort to his<br />

M/V located in the student<br />

parking area. He was concerned<br />

A.M. was going to<br />

cause him problems over a<br />

check . The call turned out<br />

to be a verbal confrontation.<br />

Danvers Campus 3/25/09<br />

6:53pm<br />

Cpl. Eam reports that a<br />

student who did not want<br />

to give his name reported<br />

that a party was attempting<br />

to solicit drugs. He<br />

described him as being a<br />

white male with a heavy<br />

build between the height<br />

of 5’8 and 5’10, wearing a<br />

gray sweat shirt and gray<br />

pajama pants. Officers will<br />

be searching the Berry<br />

Building for the party.<br />

Danvers Campus 3/26/09<br />

2:35pm<br />

A female student walked<br />

up to the operator’s desk in<br />

the Berry Building to<br />

report that someone<br />

crushed a cheeseburger on<br />

her windshield and<br />

requested that they look at<br />

the camera and also help<br />

her clean it off.<br />

Lynn Campus 3/30/09<br />

7:00pm<br />

A faculty member reported<br />

that his vehicle may have<br />

been broken into. He stated<br />

that the trunk was not<br />

closing properly. Ofc.<br />

Scouten was dispatched to<br />

take photos of the vehicle.<br />

The trunk latch was bent<br />

and it looked like someone<br />

tried to pry it open. Ofc.<br />

Scouten will be reviewing<br />

the camera footage.<br />

9:15am<br />

A student reported that his<br />

vehicle had been struck<br />

while it was parked in the<br />

main parking lot near<br />

Washington Street. It will<br />

be under investigation.<br />

Lynn Campus 4/2/09<br />

11:38am<br />

A student reports being<br />

verbally confronted by a<br />

female student in the area<br />

of T-105. It escalated into<br />

an assault and battery. The<br />

male student reports the<br />

female grabbed him by the<br />

neck and attempted to<br />

strangle him. Photographs<br />

of the injury were taken,<br />

and the matter is under<br />

investigation.<br />

Lynn Campus 4/13/09<br />

7:23pm<br />

A male party called the<br />

emergency line to report<br />

that a female party had<br />

passed out in the bathroom<br />

next to W203. Officers<br />

were dispatched to the<br />

scene. Lynn Fire and<br />

Atlantic Ambulance were<br />

called by the Lynn P.D.<br />

Sgt. Thomas reports that it<br />

may be a drug overdose.<br />

Sgt. Vaccaro reports that<br />

he observed the female<br />

suspect with a liquid in a<br />

syringe. She admitted it<br />

was heroine. She was<br />

placed under arrest by Sgt.<br />

Thomas.<br />

1:01pm<br />

Cpl. Pierre noticed flyers<br />

on the windshields of<br />

numerous vehicles. It is an<br />

advertisement for a barber<br />

shop located in Saugus.<br />

Dispatch tried calling the<br />

barber shop many times<br />

and got no answer.<br />

A party reported a fight.<br />

Fight occurred in the<br />

weight room of the gym.<br />

Incident will remain under<br />

investigation by Ofc.<br />

11:15am<br />

Dispatch received a call<br />

from a student who was in<br />

lab tech room who reports<br />

that a 12 year old male was<br />

left in the computer room<br />

while his mother went to<br />

class. It turns out the youth<br />

was 15 years old and his<br />

mom was working at the<br />

Multi Cultural Fair.<br />
