Engineered with a modular approach, NIBCO ®<br />
electric and pneumatic actuation systems give<br />
you the flexibility to actuate new valves or to<br />
retrofit existing valves with unprecedented ease.<br />
Both electric and pneumatic actuation systems<br />
feature an ISO standard mounting design,<br />
assuring long-term industry acceptance.<br />
Pneumatic Actuation Systems<br />
Ideally suited for most quarter-turn valves,<br />
NIBCO ® NDA and NSR pneumatic actuators<br />
offer exceptional starting and ending torque in<br />
a compact design. They consistently meet the<br />
demand for high torque, even in applications<br />
where the valve has been closed for an<br />
extended period.<br />
Engineered for a long, lubrication-free service life, NIBCO NDA and NSR actuators combine O-rings and PTFE seals<br />
to create a durable, low-friction seal. They are designed for either on-off duty, modulation or proportional control<br />
in industries ranging from chemical processing and pulp and paper, to petroleum refining, production industries,<br />
marine applications, and commercial construction applications.<br />

Electric Actuation Systems<br />
For automated or computer-controlled flow control systems, NIBCO electric actuators offer exceptional<br />
convenience and flexibility. Ideal for applications where the valve is not readily accessible, these actuators provide<br />
a labor-saving alternative to manual flow control regulation.<br />
NIBCO electric actuators operate on the gear reduction motor principle, which allows opening and closing speeds<br />
ranging from two seconds to one minute or longer. With reversible motors that are rated for continuous duty, NIBCO<br />
electric actuators provide maximum torque<br />
output and longer life. They also feature thermal<br />
overload protection to safeguard the motor from<br />
extreme temperatures.<br />
