What happens?<br />
Day One:<br />
Registration Welcome Evening<br />
This is an evening event during which<br />
delegates register themselves onto the<br />
conference. By registering onto the<br />
conference the delegates receives their<br />
delegate pack, which contains a list of<br />
those attending. The evening provides<br />
delegates with the opportunity to identify<br />
those they will need to speak to over the<br />
next few days, and make initial contact<br />
with all of the delegates. This is usually<br />
light buffet or canapés, and trayed<br />
service of drinks.<br />
Day Two:<br />
Day 1 of the conference & Gala Dinner<br />
The conference day begins with coffee<br />
and pastries in the exhibition room,<br />
where sponsors man their booths. The<br />
conference itself starts at around 10am,<br />
to give delegates the chance to have a<br />
good look around the exhibition and set<br />
up meetings etc. During the conference,<br />
senior managers from the industry give<br />
presentations lasting approximately 20<br />
minutes, and a question and answer<br />
session follows each session. Coffee<br />
breaks are held in the exhibition room<br />
throughout the day, and the conference<br />
always finishes around 4pm. The Gala<br />
Dinner is a smart attire event, with dinner<br />
and entertainment.<br />
Day Three:<br />
Day 2 of the conference & Cultural Evening<br />
The second day of the conference runs in<br />
the same way as the first, with adequate<br />
time worked into the agenda to allow<br />
delegates to have meetings and make<br />
use of the exhibition. The Cultural Evening<br />
is usually held off site, and buses take<br />
delegates to the location.<br />
