Procedure followed in Decision Making Process<br />
The business of the <strong>Corporation</strong> is managed by its Board of Directors as per the<br />
provisions of the Companies Act. The Board has further delegated some powers to its Managing<br />
Director to run day to day business of the <strong>Corporation</strong>. Therefore, the procedure in decision<br />
making process including channels of supervision and accountability is followed by the<br />
<strong>Corporation</strong> as mentioned below.<br />
