Ben began his career as a Junior
Negotiator with a large corporate
company. After vigorous training and
experience, he was instrumental in
developing ‘Stoneacre Properties’

Simon Marks / Branch Manager
Simon has worked within the Estate
Agency industry for over 30 years
and has a wealth of experience in all
aspects of the property market. Having
spent most of his career working in
London, Simon is able to offer unique
and exciting marketing ideas, therefore
achieving the best results for our clients.
Likes: Watching and playing football (especially Arsenal),
Walking his dog (Mr. Gilbert), European Trips, Eating out and
spending time with my kids.
Monika Liberska / Negotiator
Monika has many years’ experience
in various sectors within the service
industry, but she finds this the most
exciting sector to be involved in.
Monika loves the fast and busy
atmosphere and working with such
great and experienced people. She is
always looking forward to the next
day. Her spare time is mostly spent
running around feeling like there isn’t enough time. However,
ironically, running is an integral part of her life. She is a creative
person and photography is a way of expressing this.

Robert Brighton / Senior Property Manager
Robert joined the Stoneacre team
during the busy Summer of 2013
to head our property management
department. Joining Stoneacre with
years of experience, Robert oversees
the day to day management of our
large portfolio and ensures that the
properties are well maintained and
looked after. During his career at Stoneacre Properties, Rob’s
patience and professionalism has become valued by our
landlords, tenants and contractors.

Jordan Enderwick / Negotiator
Jordan joined the Stoneacre team
at the very start of 2012 as part of
an apprenticeship scheme. After
graduating, Jordan became a fully
trained employee of Stoneacre
Properties. During his career, he has
become valued by both our Sales and
Lettings clients. Jordan’s drive, energy
and passion for property make him an
ideal Negotiator to compliment the Stoneacre team.

Katrina Jones / Lettings Manager
After graduating from Hull University,
Katrina started work in London,
becoming a lettings agent working
for a busy estate agency in South
West London. Quickly progressing
to Office Manager, she gained a great
deal of experience in the country’s
quickest moving property markets.
This enables her to deal swiftly with
any problems or delays Tenants and Landlords may encounter.
Likes: Mountain biking, playing the guitar, art and walking in the
Yorkshire Dales.
Lucy Dickinson / Property Manager
Lucy has worked within the Property
Management department since
September 2014. Lucy previously
worked as a Teaching Assistant in
an Independent School. Lucy’s calm
and patient approach is an asset to
the Property Management team at
Stoneacre Properties.
Likes: Keeping fit, Music festivals and going on holiday.
Gemma Carty / Weekend Negotiator
Gemma is one of our newest
members of the Stoneacre team; she
started in summer 2014 as a part time
sales negotiator. You will probably
meet Gemma on weekend viewings
where she will make sure you are
greeted with a smile and friendly
face. Gemma is very passionate and
enthusiastic about property- after
graduating from Leeds University Gemma wants to pursue
a career in the property industry. She is looking forward to
learning more about the industry as an employee at Stoneacre
Properties.

Peter Davies MNAEA / Commercial Sales & Lettings
Sales and Lettings.
Peter has been involved within the
property market for over 20 years
and has a vast amount of knowledge
within all sections of the industry. His
enthusiasm, drive and determination
has steered ‘Stoneacre Commercial’
to become a strong and successful

Cath Cochrane / Accounts Administrator
Having worked in a property
management background, Cath
also brings experience from a legal
perspective on the sales side and has
worked as a PA in various past roles.
Joining Stoneacre in August 2014
was “just the best thing”, she says,
and she has embraced her Accounts
Administrator role with a passion.

Mortgages team as a fully qualified
mortgage advisor who also has over
14 years’ experience in both the
residential and investment property
sector, he can offer both mortgage and
protection advice on residential and
buy to let mortgages or re-mortgages.
Errol is based at our Chapel Allerton branch and is available
both there and at Whitkirk at flexible times to suit you.

George / Office Dog (The boss!)
George joined Stoneacre Properties
aged 15 weeks with absolutely no
experience whatsoever yet has
become the most popular Estate
Agent in Leeds! He has made a
meteoric rise up the company ranks
through his leadership, boundless
energy and enthusiasm. His duties
include licking stamps and greeting
all our clients! George is a very busy chap who splits his time
equally between our branches, as you can see below in our
feature “A Working Day in The Life of George”.

Stoneacre Properties - supporting the
North Leeds Community!
A few years ago, Stoneacre Properties established a
community fund aimed at helping community causes in the
North Leeds Branch area. Managing Director, Ben Jacobs
said at the time, this was in response to the warm welcome
the estate agency had received since opening in Chapel
Allerton.
“We were delighted by the welcome we initially received in
the North Leeds community and hope our community fund
can continually contribute to events that not only benefit our
neighbours but help us to get to know them better at all times.
Stoneacre sign sponsorship deal with New
Rover Cricket Club
When Stoneacre Properties’ MD, Ben Jacobs, was asked
by New Rover Cricket Club – based at Adel, Leeds - if
Stoneacre would consider sponsorship there was no
hesitation: -
Says Ben,
“New Rover is a very successful cricket club with a long history
of winning ways so we’re looking forward very much to help with
further successes...”
Club Vice-Chairman Michael Richmond says the club was
founded in 1934 and originally played on Roundhay Park’s
Soldiers’ Field until Michael’s father bought their present
ground: -
“Under the careful management of groundsman Keith Boyce
–the former Yorkshire CC groundsman – the new facility has
witnessed pre-Test Match practices by the England cricket team
and Yorkshire CC and is attracting many new players.
Ben commented that the three-year deal agreed with New
Rover is a win-win for both parties and we are particularly
proud that the Stoneacre logo features prominently on the
ground hoarding...
“Due to its location, approximately 25,000 vehicles pass that
hoarding every day so that’s an extra bonus for both parties!”
Michael says the sponsorship by Stoneacre has created much
interest – not only from the Club’s fans and followers but
also from further possible sponsorship opportunities.
