A recent survey, in ‘Which’ magazine, identified that buying<br />

Jordan Enderwick / Negotiator<br />

Jordan joined the Stoneacre team<br />

at the very start of 2012 as part of<br />

become valued by both our Sales and<br />

Lettings clients. Jordan’s drive, energy<br />

Katrina Jones / Lettings Manager<br />

After graduating from Hull University,<br />

Katrina started work in London,<br />

becoming a lettings agent working<br />

deal of experience in the country’s<br />

quickest moving property markets.<br />

This enables her to deal swiftly with<br />

Gemma Carty / Weekend Negotiator<br />

Gemma is one of our newest<br />

members of the Stoneacre team; she<br />

started in summer 2014 as a part time<br />

sales negotiator. You will probably<br />

meet Gemma on weekend viewings<br />

where she will make sure you are<br />

greeted with a smile and friendly<br />

face. Gemma is very passionate and<br />

enthusiastic about property- after<br />

graduating from Leeds University Gemma wants to pursue<br />

North Leeds Community!<br />

A few years ago, Stoneacre Properties established a<br />

community fund aimed at helping community causes in the<br />

North Leeds Branch area. Managing Director, Ben Jacobs<br />

said at the time, this was in response to the warm welcome<br />

the estate agency had received since opening in Chapel<br />

Allerton.<br />

“We were delighted by the welcome we initially received in<br />

the North Leeds community and hope our community fund<br />

can continually contribute to events that not only benefit our<br />

neighbours but help us to get to know them better at all times.<br />

Stoneacre sign sponsorship deal with New<br />

Rover Cricket Club<br />

When Stoneacre Properties’ MD, Ben Jacobs, was asked<br />

by New Rover Cricket Club – based at Adel, Leeds - if<br />

Stoneacre would consider sponsorship there was no<br />

hesitation: -<br />

Says Ben,<br />

“New Rover is a very successful cricket club with a long history<br />

of winning ways so we’re looking forward very much to help with<br />

further successes...”<br />

Club Vice-Chairman Michael Richmond says the club was<br />

founded in 1934 and originally played on Roundhay Park’s<br />

Soldiers’ Field until Michael’s father bought their present<br />

ground: -<br />

“Under the careful management of groundsman Keith Boyce<br />

–the former Yorkshire CC groundsman – the new facility has<br />

witnessed pre-Test Match practices by the England cricket team<br />

and Yorkshire CC and is attracting many new players.<br />

Ben commented that the three-year deal agreed with New<br />

Rover is a win-win for both parties and we are particularly<br />

proud that the Stoneacre logo features prominently on the<br />

ground hoarding...<br />

“Due to its location, approximately 25,000 vehicles pass that<br />

hoarding every day so that’s an extra bonus for both parties!”<br />

Michael says the sponsorship by Stoneacre has created much<br />

interest – not only from the Club’s fans and followers but<br />

also from further possible sponsorship opportunities.<br />
