ARCHITECTURE HIGH DENSITY LIVING BLOCK Villabona, Basque Country This is a project of a high density housing proposed for the area of Sacem in Villabona, Gipuzkoa. The problem of the high density is solved by an open inner courtyard in the middle of the building. Also nature was introduced in the building by common areas used as gardens and individual orchards in every apartment. This way, the project aims to generate more relation among the neighbors. Este es el proyecto de viviendas de alta densidad propuesta para la regeneración de la zona Sacem de Villabona, en Guipúzcoa. Se ha utilizado el sistema de patio interior abierto, introduciendo también naturaleza dentro del edificio en forma de zonas comunes y huertas individuales. Con esto se ha conseguido incrementar las relaciones sociales del bloque y solucionar el problema de la densidad. 95
