Prints: Any damaged prints will be replaced at no charge. Due to the delicate nature of fine art prints, we cannot<br />
accept returns.<br />
Videos and CD-ROMs: Defective merchandise will be replaced with another of the same title. Once the tamperproof<br />
seal on the box has been broken, the item is no longer returnable.<br />
