Remove sponsors vouchers.
Attach your race number
to your race belt as shown.
You must wear your race number
for the bike and run leg.
The number must be worn
on your back whilst cycling
and on your front whilst running.
TRANSITION BAG STICKER
Attach the sticker to the strap
of the transition bag as shown.
This bag will be left in transition 1
and will be transported to the finish,
where you can collect it after
the race.
STICKER SHEET
Peel off stickers and place them
on items as shown below
SUPPORTERS STICKER
Stick your supporters sticker onto
your biggest fan on race day.

TIMING CHIP
Timing chips will be collected
on race morning at Bike Check-In
at Transition 1.
IMPORTANT
BIKE STICKER
Please fix this sticker around
the saddle post; number pointing
backwards; so that the number
is clearly visible from the left
and right hand-side as shown.
Please do not tear off the bike
number until you have checked
your bike out of Transition 2.
Please securely fasten your chip
around your LEFT ankle and do not
remove it throughout the competition,
unless racing in a team event.
We advise that you wear it
underneath your wetsuit during
the swim. Failure to wear the timing
chip correctly, may affect your result.
Timing chips must be handed in
directly after the race.
HELMET STICKER
Please stick the number onto
the front of your helmet.
IMPORTANT
Failure to return your timing chip will result
in a fee being charged.
