DO 

Diamond Blades are safe 

if used correctly. 

• Ensure that the product is suitable for its purpose. 

• Disconnect the power to the machine before fitting 

the diamond blade. 

• Examine all products before mounting and 

periodically, for possible defects or damage (core 

flatness, fatigue cracks, undercutting, arbor 

damage.) 

• Check that correct mounting devices are used and 

that they are clean, undistorted and free from burrs. 

• Always use a correctly designed and adjusted guard 

(on the blade and belts). 

• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at 

all times. 

• Ensure accordance between product direction 

arrow/ machine rotation. 

Diamond Blades are dangerous, 

if abused. 

DO NOT 

• Use a machine that is not in good working order or one with 

defective parts. 

• Force the abrasive onto the mounting device or modify the size 

of the mounting hole. 

• Exceed the maximum operating speed marked on the product. 

• Apply shock or excessive force to the product or let it overheat. 

• Use mounting flanges which are not clean and flat. 

• Tighten the mounting device excessively. 

• Start the machine until the guard is in place and fastened 

securely. 

• Grind material for which the product is not designed. 

• Stop the abrasive by applying pressure to its surface. Let it stop 

naturally. 

• Exceed permissible rotation speeds : refer to values mentioned 

on the product.

Diamond Saw Blades 

Segmented Blade 

Segmented Blade has number of gullets which help in dirt removal and 

smooth cutting of the material. The segments are made up of optimum bond 

matrix which hold the diamonds and provide a faster cut rate and a longer 

blade life. This general purpose blade is ideal for cutting stones, bricks, blocks, 

cured concrete and masonry. 

Continuous Rim Blade 

Continuous Rim Blade is used to produce chip-free, clean cuts on a variety of 

hard, ceramic materials. The high quality diamond provide for a faster cut-rate 

and a longer blade life. The consistent diamond distribution and concentration 

combined with high-quality steel core reduces distortion at high operating 

temperatures, reduces the vibration and thus provide high performance.

Tuck Points 

Univeral Dry and Wet cutting Tuck Point Blades are used for making 

grooves on the surface of the construction materials and repairing
