The main Finca<br />

◆ The main Finca and adjoining independent guest house<br />

comprise approximately 550 sq. m of total built area,<br />

including patios and terraces, constructed in traditional<br />

Mallorcan style.<br />

◆ These construction features include, stone exterior<br />

walls, rustic marble floors, extensive use of original<br />

fixtures and materials, as well as antique wood beams<br />

and doors.<br />

◆ A giant fireplace for burning olive wood adorns the main<br />

lounge area.<br />

◆ All bedrooms offer built-in wardrobes, air conditioning<br />

and en suite bathrooms finished with stucco walls.<br />

◆ The master suite boasts a walk-in dressing room and<br />

a sitting area with fireplace.<br />

◆ An air conditioned Bodega completes the<br />

◆ The entire exterior of the main Finca was fully upgraded<br />

Three additional properties and development plans.<br />

◆ Located at different ends of the main Finca, there are<br />

three additional properties - Sa Marina, Ca’n Caleta and<br />

Gardens and grounds<br />

◆ The very beautiful and well-maintained gardens are all<br />

automatically irrigated. Landscaped by the present<br />

owners, the gardens boast over 200 large trees and<br />

shrubs, thousands of flowering plants set in a variety of<br />

specially built, terraced beds and large pots in addition<br />

to the existing mature olive trees.<br />

◆ All garden areas are flood-lit by night.<br />

◆ Beyond the garden and cultivated areas around the<br />

main Finca, the land is mainly terraced in the original<br />

Mallorcan style dating back to the Roman times. There<br />

is an abundance of old and new olive trees providing<br />

the Finca with it’s own olive oil supply, as well as pine<br />

trees providing good shade for the grazing sheep flock.<br />

◆ The majority of the terrace dry walls have been<br />

completely restored in the last two years and the trees<br />

have been professionally maintained.<br />

◆ The infinity swimming pool overlooks the sea and<br />

beyond and is surrounded by many outside seating<br />

areas skillfully constructed to provide a variety of<br />

private enclaves for relaxing and sunbathing. Provision<br />

also exists to heat the swimming pool. A garden<br />

kitchen and barbecue facility completes the exterior<br />

reception areas.<br />

◆ The main entrance courtyard includes many<br />

beautiful flowering shrubs and a fountain, whilst two<br />

further water features grace the other courtyard and<br />

patio areas.

provided by an internal alarm system in the main Finca<br />

linked to a central monitoring service in Madrid and the<br />

main perimeter is also protected by an infra-red beam<br />

system controlled from the master suite.<br />

◆ Shaded parking areas for up to eight cars are provided<br />

on a lower terrace with a large built area beneath<br />

(adjacent to the Finca) housing the heating and water<br />

filtering system, as well as staff quarters comprising a<br />

dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom<br />

facilities.<br />

◆ As well as the road constructed to Ca’n Caleta and Ca’n<br />

Lluch, a separate stone stairway outlined with flowering<br />

rosemary has been built connecting both properties to<br />

the main Finca. During 2008, both properties were<br />

partially refurbished with new roof, internal floors and<br />

exterior shutters in the style of the main dwelling.<br />
