We all exercise but here doing it correctly is more essential, in<br />

beginning make sure you warm up and cool down, to prepare your<br />

body for exercise by going through a warm-up period.<br />

We all know that workout is<br />

feel that your workout leads<br />

your body towards body pain<br />

or sometime muscle stretch,if it is very<br />

frequent with you then its time to check<br />

your way of doing ….Are you doing your<br />

workout in a right way?<br />

We all exercise but here doing it correctly<br />

is more essential, in beginning make sure<br />

you warm up and cool down, to prepare<br />

your body for exercise by going through<br />

a warm-up period. Performing 5 to 10<br />

minutes of low-level aerobic activity<br />

will get your blood flowing, increase the<br />

temperature of your muscles, and start<br />

you breathing faster, all of which help your<br />

body adjust to the demands you will be<br />

placing on it during exercise. Cool down<br />

following moderate or intense exercise by<br />

gradually decreasing your pace, allowing<br />

your heart rate and your breathing to<br />

return to normal. Followed by stretching<br />

to stay flexible in general leads to intense<br />

potion atleast for 30 minutes so for further<br />

exercise your body get used to. But in<br />

excitement keep in mind that you lift your<br />

weights with your brain, not your limbs.<br />

In other words, don’t consider the amount<br />

of weight and the number of reps you<br />

are going to do, insist concentrate more<br />

on movements, which is contracting the<br />

biceps, this will create stain in your muscles.<br />

Right way of exercise not only influences<br />

outer muscles but inner body also.<br />

Develop lung power in the gym by<br />

breathing in the right way; it will help you<br />

go longer during your workouts too. Over<br />

a period of time this will increase your<br />
