:: Pricing
Image Creators Salon and Spa has a
wide range of services to accommodate
all of our guests’ needs. In our Salon
area we work within a European Level
System which measures client satisfaction,
service provider demand and
years of dedication. This level system
allows us to introduce our “New Talent”
while offering others an opportunity for
advancement within their field. Additional
charges for length and thickness apply. All
services will be priced on consultation. All
prices are subject to change.
:: Payment Types
We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, Check
Cards, Travelers Checks, and Personal
Checks with proper identification.
Return checks are subject to a fee.
Minimum credit card charge applied.
:: Minimum Age for Salon
We gladly service children. We ask that
children not receiving a service remain
in our waiting area supervised by an
adult for their safety and comfort of
other clients.
:: Minimum Age for Spa
Our Spa is an adult oriented atmosphere.
In order to insure your comfort
and the comfort of other guests,
children under the age of 18 are not
permitted in the Spa unless a treatment
or service is being provided for the child
and an adult accompanies the child.
:: Appointments/Scheduling
Please arrive prior to your scheduled
appointment time. Should you arrive
late, your service or treatment may be
shortened to allow our specialist to
be on time for their next appointment.
However, the full appointment time will
be charged.
Please notify Salon and Spa at least 48
hours in advance if you are unable to
keep your appointment. Image Creators
cannot foresee cancelled appointments
due to inclement weather, employee
sickness, emergency, etc. We will do
everything possible to reschedule your
appointment in a timely manner.

:: Cancellation Policy
Groups and Multiple Services totaling
$150 or more need to be held with a
credit card. All services held with a
credit card are under a 48 hour cancellation/no
show policy. If you need to
cancel or reschedule please allow 48
hours notice, otherwise the full amount
of the services will be charged to the
credit card holding the services.
:: Gift Cards
Image Creators’ Gift Cards are available
for purchase in any dollar amount.
Image Creators is not responsible
for lost or stolen Gift Cards. All Gift
Cards sales are final. Valid for 1 year
from date of purchase. Can be used
towards services or products. May not
be used for gratuity unless noted. Can
not be redeemed for cash or used to
purchase another Gift Card. Donated
gift certificates can not be used to
purchase Gift Cards. Must be present

Salon and Spa services are guaranteed
100%. Image Creators guarantees all
chemical hair services for a two-week
period provided professional products
were advised and used. Please notify
us within the two weeks of your visit. No
cash or credit card refunds on services
will be given.
:: Product Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange any hair, skin,
nail or body retail items within 14 days
of purchase for retail credit. No cash or
credit card refund will be given. Retail
credit can be used toward retail items
only. All boutique, make-up, hairpieces,
brushes and discounted sales are final.

• For a stress free and relaxing visit in our
Salon and Spa, please turn off all cell
phones and pagers.
• Shirt and shoes must be worn in Salon
and Spa. When walking through Salon
or Spa watch your step and use caution.
Be aware of any objects on the floor.
• Image Creators will not be responsible
for any clothing damaged during a
chemical service. We strongly advise
changing into a chemical gown provided
for you in our changing rooms.
• Smoking is not permitted in the Salon
or Spa.
• Image Creators reserves the right to
refuse any service or treatment due to
misconduct or inappropriate behavior
and language.
• Clients under the age of 18 receiving
services must be accompanied by a

welcomed by a member of our guest
relations team and escorted to our locker
room where you can store your personal
belongings in a secure locker and change
into a robe and slippers. Next relax in our
tranquil room and enjoy our selection of
healthy refreshments.
Your therapist will greet you and escort
you to your private treatment room
that was designed for total comfort
and relaxation.
At Image Creators, we respect your
privacy and modesty. The therapist will
leave the room if the treatment you’re
receiving requires disrobing. For massage
treatments most guests undress
completely, but you may wear under
garments or a bathing suit if you prefer.
All guests drape themselves with a large
sheet for massage treatments. We offer
disposable under garments for waxing
and body treatments or you may wear a
bathing suit. The tranquil room is for your
relaxation during your treatments at
our Spa.
All services at our Spa are provided
by licensed estheticians and certified
massage therapists. Our draping policy
assures that your modesty is respected
at all times. Men are requested to bring
a bathing suit for all Body Treatment
services.
We suggest that you arrive 15-20 minutes
prior to your appointment for any Spa
service. This will allow you time to check in,
receive your locker if needed, prepare for
your service, complete a treatment record,
and if necessary change into Spa attire.
Time in the showers should not exceed
10 minutes.
Many of our services are designed to
compliment each other. Please ask a
member of our guest relations team for
combination suggestions.
Health experts recommend that you receive
only one heat treatment per day. Pregnant
women and individuals with varicose veins,
high blood pressure, etc. should avoid all
heat treatments and consult with a Spa
therapist prior to any such treatment.
Following any of the heat treatments, it is
important that you rest and not participate
in any vigorous activity for at least one hour.
Drink plenty of water two hours before and
after heat treatments. Wait one hour after
meals before a heat treatment.
We require that you disclose any medical
condition and/or prescription medication
you are taking as some services may be
contra-indicated.
Massage will not be performed on women
in their first trimester of pregnancy.
Reflexology massage will not be performed
on women who are pregnant.
Locker rooms, robes, towels, shower slippers
and private showers are included in all massage,
