Upon acceptance by GNLD International, this Application becomes a binding Agreement, between GNLD, the Sponsor, and the Member/Distributor
applicant. By signing below, the applicant hereby applies to become a Distributor and if accepted, agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set
forth on the reverse side of this Application form. After your 1 year anniversary, by renewing your Association Fee annually, you continue to enjoy all
the benefits of an active GNLD Distributorship.

General Terms and Conditions
The Independent GNLD International Distributor agrees:
The Independent Distributor Application is an honorable, legal and
serious expression of the intent between the new Distributor, the
Sponsor, and GNLD. When the Independent Distributor Application
is signed, all parties are required to display good faith, fair dealing
and ethical conduct in the pursuit of their business goals. GNLD
Distributors agree to abide by the GNLD Policies and Procedures
and the GNLD Code of Conduct as they are declared and as they
may be amended from time to time.
GNLD Distributors further agree:
1. To make, execute and file any and all reports required by law or
public authority with respect to the conduct of their GNLD
distributorship business.
2. To comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to the
conduct of their GNLD distributorship business.
3. That no GNLD product is intended to cure, prevent, or treat any
disease or condition.
4. To characterize and represent GNLD products in conformity
with GNLD corporate claims and representations. Claims based
upon non-GNLD references and research are the sole
responsibility of the GNLD Distributor.
5. To use GNLD trade names, trademarks, service marks and
copyrighted materials in strict conformity to GNLD requirements.
6. To refrain from reproducing, printing, publishing on the Internet,
manufacturing, repackaging or causing others to do the same in
regard to GNLD products, literature, photographs, videos and
other GNLD sales aids without prior authorization from GNLD.
7. That GNLD Distributors are independent contractors and are
not employees or agents of GNLD for local, state, provincial,
national or federal tax purposes.
8. That GNLD Distributor recognition and achievement titles are
not corporate titles or positions.
9. That GNLD Distributors conduct their distributorships for their own
accounts and that all costs of conducting a GNLD distributorship
are the sole responsibility of each individual Distributor.
10. That GNLD Distributors cannot obligate the company for any
costs or expenses nor can a GNLD Distributor incur liability on
behalf of the Company in any way.
11. That this agreement is the sole and only agreement between
GNLD and the Distributor, and it is not subject to change,
except in writing signed by an authorized GNLD official.
GNLD International agrees the independent Distributor’s
territory is open and unrestricted in the United States of
America. GNLD provides procedures for sponsoring
Distributors in other countries where GNLD products are sold.
GNLD reserves the right to assure continued service to the
Distributor’s customers and downline Distributors if for any
reason the Distributor is unable or unwilling to do so.
The privileges and benefits of being a GNLD Distributor
include the right to sell and distribute GNLD products.
GNLD may change product pricing, shipping charges, and
active status requirements at any time subject to notice.
PRODUCT REPURCHASE POLICY
Every GNLD Distributor is entitled to terminate his/her
distributorship relationship with GNLD at any time. A terminating
distributor may apply for an inventory product repurchase in
accordance with the GNLD Policies and Procedures. A terminating
distributor’s inventory of undamaged, unopened, marketable
products, purchased from the Company within one year of the
termination, shall be repurchased by a sponsoring Distributor or
the Company at a price equal to 90% of the price paid, less all
commissions, rebates, awards and bonuses paid to the
terminating distributor on the returned products. For further

Distributor Code of Conduct
The GNLD Distributor Code of Conduct is based on our
foundation values that guide everything we do and every decision
we make. These values of absolute integrity, putting people first,
producing products that work, providing equal opportunity for all
and having a clear, long-range vision are a heritage that must be
preserved, supported and upheld by every GNLD Distributor. All
Distributors who join GNLD are required to abide by this Code of
Conduct and to uphold the Policies and Procedures as stated in
this document.
1. I will conduct myself in a friendly and professional manner at
all times and with complete courtesy, dignity and truthfulness
in dealing with customers, fellow Distributors and company
personnel.
2. I will observe standard meeting etiquette at all GNLD
functions and always remember that I am responsible for
upholding and projecting the GNLD image.
3. I will abide by the letter and spirit of the GNLD Policies and
Procedures and the rules and regulations of any country
where I conduct my business. I will do what is legally correct
and ethically right.
4. I will honestly and accurately represent the GNLD opportunity,
Marketing Plan and products and make no exaggerated
claims about GNLD products or income potential.
5. I will enthusiastically and proudly carry out the responsibilities
of a GNLD Distributor as well as that of a Sponsor when I
progress to those levels.
6. I will always abide by and uphold the GNLD corporate
philosophy and values and strive to truly make a positive
difference in people's lives.
