Tuition Reimbursement<br />

<strong>Student</strong>s eligible for tuition reimbursement from their employers<br />

must submit (in person) a written letter on company letterhead <strong>to</strong><br />

the <strong>University</strong> Registrar acknowledging the approval of the course<br />

registration and explaining the terms for payment.<br />

3. StagWeb and NetID<br />

Every enrolled student at <strong>Fairfield</strong> is issued a StagWeb<br />

account. Through StagWeb, students have access<br />

<strong>to</strong> official <strong>University</strong> notifications, course schedules,<br />

transcripts, and a personal online calendar. <strong>Student</strong>s will<br />

only be able <strong>to</strong> access grades online through StagWeb.<br />

To access StagWeb and other online resources, you<br />

will need <strong>to</strong> use your NetID, the unique username and<br />

password assigned by Computing & Network Services.<br />

You will receive an e-mail when your NetID is created,<br />

and you can activate, or “claim,” your account by following<br />

the instructions at http://netid.fairfield.edu.<br />

4. Vehicle Registration<br />

All vehicles on campus must display a valid <strong>University</strong><br />

parking permit, which is free <strong>to</strong> all graduate students.<br />

To obtain a permit, students must first fill out and<br />

submit the online permit application available on<br />

StagWeb. <strong>Student</strong>s must then bring a printed copy of the<br />

online application, state vehicle registration, and their<br />

valid StagCard (student ID) <strong>to</strong> the parking office in the<br />

Department of Public Safety <strong>to</strong> pick up a parking sticker.<br />

Public Safety personnel will distribute stickers after<br />

office hours for students who have submitted the online<br />

application and have the requirements mentioned above.<br />

Cars without stickers will be ticketed.<br />

Aloysius P. Kelley, S.J. Center<br />

The Kelley Center provides important enrollment services<br />

in one convenient location, with ample parking located near<br />

the <strong>University</strong> entrance. The offices of Admission, Registrar,<br />

Financial Aid, and Career Planning, among others, are all<br />

located in the Kelley Center with convenient hours.<br />
