plastic “credit card style” membership card,<br />
manager h<strong>and</strong>books <strong>and</strong> on-going quarterly<br />
posters on a variety of topical themes. We<br />
also provide a communication guide to our<br />
new customers that contains tips on how<br />
best to promote the service internally.<br />

hundreds of pages of practical help <strong>and</strong><br />
advice, including telephone contact details of<br />
many specialist helplines by leading experts<br />
in their fields.<br />
