Capturing Kids’ Hearts is a power-packed 3-day workshop that will
energize and invigorate you, providing skills and strategies to help you
and your students achieve higher levels of success. Capturing Kids’
Hearts is offered throughout the year at a wide variety of venues to
accommodate the diverse geographical locations of our participants.
We’re sure you’ll find a date and location ideally suited for your group.
By special request we can also schedule a training session (off campus)
for your district. Contact our office for more information.
Capturing Kids’ Hearts is offered in two distinct workshop models.
Each presents the same process, but in a different format. The Day
Model, usually held at a hotel or conference center, does not include
lodging and meals. The Retreat Model is held in a retreat setting and
does include lodging and meals.

After attending Capturing Kids' Hearts training you will be eligible to apply for up to 3 semester hour graduate credits.
Also, the training gives you 21 contact hours, for continuing education purposes.

Pricing for the Retreat Model
Price includes lodging and most meals.

$855 per person (trainings occuring Jun. 1 – Aug. 31)
Pricing for the Day Model
Price does NOT include lodging or meals.

Registration and Rescheduling Policies

A discounted rate is available to administrators who want to attend training multiple times with various staff from the same campus.
This rate is not transferable if the administrator changes schools or districts.
Prices and dates are subject to change. Add sales tax, if applicable. Please contact our office for more information.
All training registrations must be made using the Capturing Kids' Hearts Registration Form. To register additional participants,
please use a separate sheet of paper and send it along with the Registration Form. To register for a different date or location,
please use an additional form.

Registration for 10 or more participants for the same training date requires a 50% non-refundable deposit.
All final participant names must be submitted using this form at least 14 days prior to the start of training.

To avoid rescheduling, cancellation, or no-show penalties, we recommend that you have an alternate participant ready in the
event one of your scheduled participants cannot attend. However, should you need to reschedule your participants or to
release registrations, please see the guidelines below:
a. For September-May trainings - call at least 30 days prior to the start of training to release or reschedule, in order to avoid
cancellation penalties.

For June-August trainings - call at least 30 days prior to the last day of your regular school year (but no less than 30 days
prior to the start of training) to release or reschedule, in order to avoid cancellation penalties.
All registrations not rescheduled or released according to these time frames will result in a rescheduling/cancellation
charge of 50% of the full training fee.
d.
Any registrants that are not rescheduled or released according to these guidelines, and fail to attend their scheduled training,
will be charged 100% of the training fee.
