this project possible. We want to thank the directors of the two <strong>radiotherapy</strong> departments that took<br />

part <strong>in</strong> this study, one of which commissioned this project. Both directors and their assistants<br />

provided <strong>in</strong>valuable <strong>in</strong>put and ideas, and we are grateful for their cooperation <strong>in</strong> host<strong>in</strong>g the focus<br />

groups and <strong>in</strong>terviews conducted dur<strong>in</strong>g the project.<br />

We would like to thank all the patients and their relatives who participated <strong>in</strong> the focus groups, as<br />

well as the staff members who were <strong>in</strong>terviewed at the two <strong>radiotherapy</strong> departments. Their<br />

<strong>in</strong>valuable <strong>in</strong>put was essential to the success of this project.<br />

F<strong>in</strong>ally, we want to express our gratitude to the teachers at Wagen<strong>in</strong>gen University who assisted us<br />
