AUTHORITY FOR DEDUCTION FROM WAGES OR SALARY

deduct from salary or wages payable to me in respect of my employment with

from time to time in accordance with the following table.
The Museum contains
countless items of Railway
heritage, and is open from
10am - 3pm. Monday to Friday
(9.30am to 4.30pm during
school holidays), and from
9am -5pm at weekends.
ADMISSION
Adults $6, Senior $3,
Students $2
Steam trains operate on the
adjacent railway line on the
first and third Sunday of
each month. On days of
extreme or total fire bans, a
diesel locomotive is used
instead of steam.

The RBTU New Generation
Holiday Camp situated in Jervis
Bay on the South Coast has a
number of vacancies during the
September School Holidays and
the October long weekend
holiday.
Modern self-contained units with
colour TV, microwave ovens and
accomodate families of up to 8
persons. The Holiday Camp is
situated in a National Park and
Members can enjoy a holiday by
the sea and relax with fishing,
tennis, boating, swimming or
bushwalking.

CLASSIFICATION
AMOUNT
Adult or such other amount as may be
payable by me from time to time for sub
scriptions to the Rail Tram & Bus Union
Union in accordance with the rules of the
Union of which you have been advised in
writing under the hand of the Secretary.
Juniors
All amounts remitted on my behalf pursuant to this deduction authority shall be deemed to be
payments to me personally. This authority is to continue untill such time as it is withdrawn by me
in writing.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS I authorise my employer to notify the Rail, Tram and Bus Union of any
change of address which might occur at any time.
A new deduction form is not required for increase in subscriptions from time to time. All amounts
so deducted and paid in accordance with this authority shall be deemed to have been paid by
me.
INDEMNITY In consideration to your consenting to make such deduction and payment as above,
i agree for myself, my executors, administrators and assigns to hold and every employee therof,
harmless and indemnified against any claim arising out of any act or omission to act in
pursuance of this authority or any failure to make deductions and remittances as authorised
herein.
