BULLETJIE RUGBY-TOURNAMENT <strong>25</strong> May <strong>2013</strong><br />
THE HEADMASTER, BULLETJIE ORGANISER AND PARENT CHAIRMAN<br />
General information and arrangements with regards to the Bulletjie Rugby<br />
Tournament.<br />
Once again thank you for accepting our invitation and for maintaining a positive outlook towards<br />
the Bulletjie Rugby. Schools that entered into the competition timeously have been<br />
accommodated on the day‟s programme. A total of 5145 Bulletjies have been entered.<br />
Please receive herewith the programme and a map of <strong>Loftus</strong> Versveld. NO CANCELATIONS OR CHANGES WILL BE<br />
ACCOMMODATED.<br />
NB. Please note that it is out of our control if teams do not arrive or withdraw. Please check where your boys will be<br />
playing and at what times they will be playing. We request that all set times are adhered to. The matches start at 08h00 to<br />
17h00. Please communicate all information to your parents. No additional programmes will be available on the day.<br />
It is our privilege to thank our MAIN SPONSOR of the day – VODACOM as well as our sub- sponsor Powerade for their<br />
availability to once again make this day possible. Let‟s support our sponsors on the day!!<br />
We are attempting to make the day a family day so therefore the following final arrangements are brought to your<br />
attention:<br />
1. NB. Only the parent chairman is to report to MANAGEMENT at least 20 minutes before your school‟s first match<br />
to collect your team‟s medals and refreshment tickets. NB. Please remember to bring your proof of payment<br />
where necessary.<br />
2. All matches are controlled at a central point by a siren and matches will be 15 minutes without a half time.<br />
3. Please report to the relevant Field co-ordinators at the relevant field before your match.<br />
4. Please arrange timeously for match referees as well as line referees. Recognised refs will be wearing white<br />
golf shirts with a pocket emblem to show their refereeing status.<br />
5. NB. U/6 (5 Players per team) , U/7 ( 6 Players per team), U/8 (7 Players per team) all play according to the “RIP“<br />
rules.<br />
6. Each team plays two matches. Please check early as to who plays when and where.<br />
7. Photos: There will be a Photo Kiosk on each field where the following photos will be taken:<br />
a. Team Photos and Action Photos.<br />
b. Photos will be available at the various kiosks for perusal and purchase.<br />
c. Photo‟s will only be available on the day!<br />
8. There will be entertainment for the children.<br />
9. There will be food available from food vendors on the fields.<br />
10. There will be First Aid on all the fields.<br />
NB. Bulletjies play and make use of the fields at their own risk. Precautions for the safety of all players will be<br />
taken and for that reason the management absolves itself from any serious injuries that may take place on the<br />
day.Any medical costs incurred for players will be for the parents„ account.<br />
11. Please arrange a meeting place with your parents. No announcements will be made in this regard. Make use of<br />
the provided map.<br />
12. We request that no spectators are between the U/8 fields as a result of the greater numbers in these teams. No<br />
Gazebo‟s or banners displaying company names will be allowed on the day.<br />
13. Parking is available around <strong>Loftus</strong>.<br />
14. No gas braais will be permiited on the fields.<br />
15. Alcohol and smoking is prohibitted during matches and on the fields. (Remember this is a smoke free zone.)<br />
16. An ATM will be available.<br />
Please cofirm the receipt of this information if possible and please distribute this information among your parents.<br />

Ons gaan poog om van die dag „n heerlike Gesinsdag te maak en daarom die volgende finale reëlings vir u aandag:<br />
1. NB. Slegs die Ouervoorsitter moet asseblief ten minste 20 min voor die aanvang van u skool se eerste wedstryd<br />
by BEHEER aanmeld om die volgende vir hulle spanne af te haal: medaljes en koeldrankkaartjies.<br />
NB Onthou asseblief om u depositostrokie saam te bring vir bevestiging van betaling - waar nodig.<br />
2. Alle Wedstryde word beheer vanaf „n sentrale punt deur middel van „n sirene. Wedstryde is 15 minute lank<br />
sonder halftyd<br />
3. Meld asseblief betyds aan by die Veldkoördineerders/ die betrokke speelveld waar u moet speel.<br />
4. Reël vroegtydig self wedstrydskeidsregters en lynregters. Erkende skeidsregters sal „n Wit Golf Hemp met<br />
„n sakwapen dra as bewys van sy skeidsregterstatus!<br />
5. NB. o/6 (5 spelers/span), o/7 (6 spelers/span) en o/8 (7 spelers/span) speel almal volgens die bestaande “RIP”<br />
reëls.<br />
6. Elke span speel twee wedstryde. Maak vroegtydig seker watter spanne speel waar en hoe laat!<br />
7. FOTO’S: Op elke veld sal daar „n Foto Kiosk wees. Twee verskillende tipes fotos sal geneem word nl:<br />
a. Spanfoto‟s en Aksiefoto‟s<br />
b. Fotos sal dan beskikbaar wees binne minute by die verskillende Kiosk‟s vir besigtiging en bestellings.<br />
c. Fotos sal sleg op die dag beskikbaar wees.<br />
8. Vermaak vir die kinders sal ook beskikbaar wees.<br />
9. Kosstalletjies sal op verskillende punte dienste lewer!!!<br />
10. Noodhulp sal op al die velde teenwoordig wees.<br />
LW. Bulletjies speel en maak gebruik van die velde op eie risiko. Voorsorg sal getref word vir die<br />
veiligheid van die spelers en daarom vrywaar die bestuur hom van enige ernstige beserings wat die<br />
speler tydens die dag mag opdoen. Enige mediese onkostes van beseerde spelers sal op die ouers<br />
se rekening plaasvind.<br />
11. Reël asb. met u ouers waar u hulle gaan kry - GEEN AANKONDIGINGS hieroor sal gemaak word nie. Sien<br />
ook die Grondplan.<br />
12. Ons vra asseblief dat geen toeskouers tussen die o/8 velde moet staan nie a.g.v. toename in getalle van spanne.<br />
Geen Gazebo‟s/ Baniere met borge se name op, sal toegelaat word op die terrein nie!<br />
13. Parkering is beskikbaar rondom <strong>Loftus</strong>.<br />
14. GEEN Gasbraaiers sal op die speelveld toegelaat word nie!<br />
15. GEEN Drank / ROOK gebruik sal toegelaat word tydens wedstryde en op die velde nie!! (ONTHOU DIT IS N<br />
ROOKVRYE AREA)<br />
16. „n OTM sal wel beskikbaar wees.<br />
NB<br />
Bevestig ontvangs indien moontlik EN versprei ASSEBLIEF DIÉ <strong>INLIGTING</strong> AAN BULLETJIE OUERS.<br />
