<strong>General</strong> <strong>Rules</strong><br />
1. Unsportsmanlike conduit will not be permitted.<br />
2. No racing/speeding allowed in the pit area.<br />
3. Drivers must remain seated at all times.<br />
4. Any object that may fall off any tractor during pulling will disqualify<br />
that tractor for that pull.<br />
5. Two attempts per class if tractor is stopped before 20 feet.<br />
6. First puller of each class is the test puller and may be allowed to<br />
drop to the 3 rd spot.<br />
7. Long pants, shirt, and closed toe shoes must be worn at all times<br />
while pulling.<br />
8. Helmets are required for all drivers.<br />
9. Weights may be moved but not added after weigh in is completed.<br />
10. All tractors must have fenders.<br />
11. All drivers under the age of 14 years old must be<br />
accompanied by an adult during the event.<br />
12. Tractors must be in neutral at the time of hook.<br />
13. Wheelie bars/ skid plates are required<br />
for all tractors. These must be able to<br />
support the tractor’s weight.<br />
14. All tractors must have a garden tractor appearance.<br />
15. All stock tractors must have a 12” hitch height and open<br />
tractors may have a 13” hitch height.<br />
16. Track officials have the final say in a pull.<br />
17. All pullers must sign waiver at registration . <strong>Pullers</strong> under 18<br />
years must have permission from a parent or guardian.<br />
18. Alcohol consumption not permitted during pulling.
19. No refunds for dropping a class after the class has started.<br />
20. All tractors must have working breaks.<br />
21. Foot throttles/Auto return to idle speed control for all<br />
tractors- dead man throttle required for all tractors.<br />
22. No duels or chains allowed.<br />
23. At least one hand on steering wheel at all times during a pull.<br />
24. Any rules violation will disqualify the tractor and puller until<br />
issue is resolved and approved by track officials.<br />
25. Bottom of skid plate/ wheelie bar must not be more that four<br />
inches from the ground- plus/minus 1”.<br />
26. Hitch point and wheelie bar can not be mounted on the same<br />
bracket. They must be secured to the tractor by separate mounts.<br />
27. Wheelie bars/ skid plates must not extend more than 10” from<br />
the rear of the tires.<br />
28. Weights on the rear of the tractor must not extend more that<br />
10” from the rear of the tires.<br />
29. All tractors must cross scales after the pull is complete. Any<br />
tractor not making weight will be disqualified.<br />
30. All tractors must not be more that 3 pounds over weight.<br />
31. Weights may not extend more than 72” from the center of the<br />
rear axle to the front of the weight bar.<br />
32. If you need to or want to move up a class then the tractor<br />
must follow the rules for that class. Be prepared.<br />
33. Minimum 2 ½” opening for the hitch point.
