<strong>BIG</strong> <strong>BORE</strong> Ø 50<br />
The new <strong>BIG</strong> <strong>BORE</strong> Ø 50, stroke <strong>39</strong>,2-<strong>39</strong>,3 and 44, cylinder kits comes from the technology of the famous <strong>Malossi</strong> 7 ports cylinders. They are designed<br />
for both Minarelli and Piaggio engines.<br />
All riders, thrilled about the news, wished to test them. The expectations were not disappointed : the power increase and the absolute reliability proved,<br />
once again, the high quality of the products and <strong>Malossi</strong> professionalism.<br />

- 7 ports cylinder, H2O, gravity melted in aluminium alloy, cylinder casing coated in cermetal, lapped with diamond tools<br />

- 1 ring, strengthen and rounded head piston<br />
- KDN5 cast iron piston ring Ø 50 x 0.8<br />
- Modular head in primary aluminium alloy, drained, with calculated and orientated convoying system of cooling circuit.<br />

Together with the new project of <strong>BIG</strong> <strong>BORE</strong> cylinder kits, <strong>Malossi</strong> has<br />
designed a set of crankshafts with a high quality materials and a special<br />
finishing degree.<br />
The above mentioned <strong>Malossi</strong> crankshafts must be used only coupled with<br />
<strong>Malossi</strong> <strong>BIG</strong> <strong>BORE</strong> cylinder kits.<br />

Technical note: the above mentioned cylinder kits must be used only coupled with <strong>Malossi</strong> crankshafts.<br />
ATTENTION: to grant the due stiffness to the cylinder kit, the cylinder has an introduction diameter into the crankcase of 56,2 -0,1/-0,2 mm. Therefore, it<br />
is necessary to bore the crankcases with a boring bar of 56,7 + 0,0/0,1 mm for a depth of 21 mm.<br />

MULTIVAR 2000 MHR TEAM<br />
The new 2000 MHR TEAM Multivar is different from the previous one for the bigger hub<br />
diameter which, passing from 20 to 22 mm, improves its smoothness, reducing frictions and<br />
allowing a linearity of the change gear never reached before!<br />
TECHNICAL NOTES :<br />
The kit contains a 99.5 mm diameter mobile half pulley made of a special cast aluminium alloy.<br />
The contact surface between pulley and belt is super-finished with a diamond tool to grant a<br />
constant coefficient of friction, calculated to prevent both belt slip and premature wear.<br />
To satisfy the innumerable adjustings required by racing scooters, depending on the track type<br />
and on the tuning of the engines, the kit is supplied with 2 sets of 6 rollers and a counter-spring<br />
in pre-hardened silicon-chrome steel alloy with counterclockwise winding (racing). In addition,<br />
other springs of the same class with different loads are available as options.<br />
Suggestions for the setting<br />
The variator is supplied with two different roller sets: one of 3.9 gr. and one of 4.7 gr. in order<br />
to change the number of revolutions of the gear curve of your vehicle perfectly adjusting its<br />
speed and acceleration.<br />

X Kevlar Belt and X Special Belt.<br />
