The basis <strong>for</strong> the success<br />
SnowTrex has experienced is our<br />
customers, whose support has<br />
guided our development from regional<br />
to national to international<br />
tour operator.<br />
54 % of the SnowTrex customers<br />
come from Germany, which means<br />
that the number of international customers<br />
has grown to 46 % in comparison<br />
to the previous year (45 %). We<br />
there<strong>for</strong>e expect that in the winter<br />
season <strong>2011</strong>/12 more than half of our<br />
customers will come from abroad. In<br />
the 10/11 winter season, customers<br />
from 48 countries booked a SnowTrex<br />
holiday.<br />
The internationalisation of our customers<br />
is an important advantage <strong>for</strong><br />
our property managers, as well as our<br />
incoming agents, as at times, holiday<br />
schedules differ. This creates more<br />
regular occupancy rates <strong>for</strong> the<br />
accommodations.<br />
In virtually all European markets,<br />
marketing measures are conducted in<br />
the respective native language, which<br />
leads to even broader internationalisation.<br />
