The limestone handling<br />
system is designed to accept<br />
limestone from barges and convey<br />
the material to a transfer house<br />
at 750 TPH. From there the<br />
limestone is conveyed to a 40,000<br />
ton limestone storage pile. Limestone<br />
is reclaimed from the storage pile<br />
with vibratory feeders and a conveyor<br />
to a transfer house and then silos<br />
for limestone storage.<br />
The gypsum handling system accepts<br />
gypsum from the vacuum filters and<br />
conveys it to a stockpile or transfer<br />
house at 200 TPH. From the transfer<br />
house the gypsum travels over conveyor<br />
to three additional transfer stations<br />
ending up in a gypsum storage barn.<br />
A portal scraper reclaimer moves<br />
gypsum from the barn to a conveyor,<br />
which takes it to a barge loading dock.<br />
