Builds relationships with industry colleagues, vendors and agency representatives to remain current on
industry best practices and emerging trends.
Quality Improvement:
Identifies opportunities for improving web-based technology support systems, providing recommendations
on quality improvement strategies and potential initiatives for consideration.
Provides feedback and recommendations on UX, SEO (Search Engine Optimization/Marketing), social
media support and analytics designs, functionality, and applicability to support enhancement and
development initiatives.
Develops roadmaps for social media/online development at HQO.
Provides insight to improve web analytics and metrics, managing implementation projects and initiatives.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration or
equivalent
Project Management Professional designation (PMP) is an asset
5 or more years business systems analysis experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, understanding of web development lifecycle
Excellent judgement in setting priorities, identifying issues and determining actions
Proven ability to respond to a wide variety of issues and deal with unclear situations
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
