program for unemployed and underemployed lawyers admitted less than<br />

Repeat felony domestic violence offenders act differently under<br />

meaningful surveillance; the team approach works better for offenders –<br />

and victims; legal aid attorneys working with victims (as a confidential<br />

part of a team working with community advocates and prosecutor<br />

victim assistance) deals with the victim’s reality better than traditional<br />

models; what CAN be done with a manageably sized repeat offender<br />
