<strong>World</strong> <strong>Dog</strong> <strong>Show</strong> 2008<br />
at Stockholm International Fairs in Älvsjö!<br />
Please read the enclosed information before you come to the show together with the<br />
ring plan and show plan. We feel certain that you will find something amongst this<br />
information that will make your day easier and more enjoyable. It is our hope that<br />
both you and visitors shall have a pleasant and worthwhile day of competition.<br />
With this information we enclose confirmation of your competition entry, number<br />
that is to be used at judging, ring plan, show plan and “Important <strong>Information</strong><br />
for <strong>Exhibitors</strong>”.<br />
Your number together with the compulsory vaccination certificate is the<br />
entry ticket for you and your dog. We ask that you check that you have received<br />
the correct number. Your dog’s catalogue number/competition number can be<br />
found in the enclosed confirmation. If there is something that is not correct, it will<br />
be corrected at the Veterinary Examinations, near the East entrance or at the main<br />
entrance to the show. <strong>Svenska</strong> <strong>Kennelklubben</strong> personnel will be on hand by the<br />
sign “Unclear matters”<br />
<strong>World</strong> Winner titles:<br />
Only breeds that are recognised by FCI can be awarded <strong>World</strong> Winner titles.<br />
<strong>World</strong> Junior Winner 2008 (JWW-08) The title will be awarded to the Best Junior<br />
<strong>Dog</strong> and the Best Junior Bitch in each FCI-recognised breed, provided that these<br />
dogs have been graded ”excellent”.<br />
<strong>World</strong> Veteran Winner 2008 (VWW-08) The title will be awarded to the Best<br />
Veteran <strong>Dog</strong> and the Best Veteran Bitch in each FCI-recognised breed, provided<br />
that these dogs have been graded ”excellent”.<br />
<strong>World</strong> Winner 2008 (WW-08) The title will be awarded to the CACIB-winning<br />
dog and CACIB-winning bitch in each FCI-recognised breed (or, for FCI-recognised<br />
breeds not entitled to compete for CACIBs, to exhibits awarded Best <strong>Dog</strong> and Best<br />
Bitch at competitions of the equivalent status).<br />
N.B! Diplomas for Winner titles can be collected at the special prize stand, see<br />
show plan.<br />
