Introducing Our Southern<br />
Regional Manager, John Merk<br />
Merk will be developing the southern<br />
Indiana market for Quality Mill.<br />
John has served in various industrial<br />
technical specialist roles in his 30 plus<br />
years.<br />
He and his wife, Tina, live in southern<br />
Indiana. They have 3 children in college,<br />
all at the same time.<br />
Merk’s areas of expertise; most recently<br />
serving as director of national accounts and<br />
as an Automated Inventory Management<br />
Specialist (synonymous with vending).<br />
Merk has also published several articles<br />
including “21 Cost Saving Methodologies<br />
for Manufacturing” and currently in the final<br />
stages of a new book “Strategic Lean<br />
Inventory Management” (SLIM)<br />
For over 14 years John has worked with<br />
hundreds of customers promoting,<br />
educating, training, installing and<br />
supporting state of the art inventory<br />
management equipment and software.<br />
In his earlier days of development, Merk<br />
was the primary developer of his own<br />
vending solution, including writing software<br />
and developing advanced reporting<br />
features.<br />
We anticipate that he will be a tremendous<br />
asset for our Southern Indiana market<br />
entrance.<br />
John is a seasoned technical specialist plus<br />
has served in multiple management roles<br />
from Regional Manager, National Sales<br />
Manager and Director of National<br />
Accounts. John also has some unique<br />
experience, having worked for both,<br />
manufacturers and distributors.<br />
