44455 Rev. 3.00 August 2011 Socket FS1 Design Specification GENERAL NOTES All dimensions are specified in millimeters (mm). Dimensioning and tolerancing per ASME-Y14.5M-1994. The A1 corner contains a triangle on both sides of the package that can be used for handling and orientation purposes. Pin tips should have radius of 0.13 mm. Symbol “M” determines pin matrix size and “N” is number of pins. “x” in front of package variation denotes non-qualified package per AMD 01-002.3. Pin pitch is 0.048” = 1.2192 MM.
